There is a bond of 1.6 year in infosys and in Capgemini 2 years. In my opinion try to join company with less bond years. Both are service base so they are similar.

If ur interview goes well and good they will be sending u offer letter because it's a mass hiring and in system engineer profile after training they will map u on supporting role in project after 1 year u can think of developer or programming profile because it field deals with many technology rather than coding 🤗
