    OMG Sharona that arm sequence was insane!! Awesome workout 💪💪❤️💪💪 Thank you so much! I can't believe how much can get done in just over 15 minutes. Fantastic full body workout!!

    I loved it. I couldn't do the one where u squat down & the arms at the end was harrrrd but it was fun. Ty as always xx

    It was intense--I'm surprised it was labeled Beginners. I'm an experienced exerciser and found it challenging--especially on joints. I had to do the walkouts on my fists since I can't take my full bodyweight on my wrists, and had to slow down and adjust my feet on the alternating lunges so as not to twist my knees. (I think I'll go straight back next time instead of turning 180* each time.) That final arm set was very hard on shoulders. I like toning arms, but have to beware aggravating those joints.
