A big thank you to @RosettaStone for their partnership! Spain is such an amazing place and while I got a chance to experience all the great foods, I thought I'd start looking for a place where all the great dishes comes together...and that's a buffet! Being I'm here on a weekend, I was going to search for Spain's Sunday's Best! The Best Sunday Brunch in Spain and I came across the @InterConMadrid hotel that just happened to be hosting their weekly Sunday Buffet. It certainly did not disappoint.
A rotunda for fine Spanish and intercontinental dishes and free flowing drinks from Cava to wines and beer! And it gets even better with indulgent luxury items such as lobster, caviar, foie gras and of course the Jamón ibérico (Iberian ham). If meats are what you're after, they've got that covered too with prime rib and the most tender and crispy suckling pig ever tasted! The best Lechon ever!.
If you're traveling and vacationing in Spain and happen to be in Madrid, definitely make a visit here for an incredible dining experience!

I have been watching you and Mark wines on you tube for a few years now. You are so respectful of your surroundings and the people whom you meet. You make everything sound wonderful. When you said about the Russian salad I haven't had that for years. Although I am english, my mother use to make it. I haven't had it for years, but it bought back a good memory. So I have looked up on you tube for the recipe. Now my family will be able to know what it's like. Thank you for all the reporting you do. It really is wonderful to watch.

I love how elegant the food is presented. Everything looks so good, especially the caviar, the eggs benedict and the prime rib.
But the deserts are not that elegant

This is one of the best buffets you've visited. You should write a book mapping out all the buffets you have been to. I would love to travel here and abroad following your Buffet roadmap. I don't know why this appeals more than other types of reviews, but it seems like it would be a fun trip. Great buffets add a lot of value and choice.
It is quite fun to sample all the different foods. I haven't realized that but I guess I have visited quite a few buffets. Incredibly grateful for this opportunity. They do offer a great value cuz you can try everything a little bit at a time 😋
Go to 05:35 to miss the advertising ! Nice buffet at the Intercontinental & for about $92 it's OK! I nice splurge in Madrid! I know the Putz family are not buffet people! Especially the athlete! You know, it's OK to use your hands at times to eat without asking our permission!

"That tastes like purple..." I'm glad other people say things like that I've never had something taste purple.... blue, yellow, and red are the most common "flavors"... I associate it with everything that is that color... red could be apple or watermelon or cherry or strawberry... LOL
Ah! it all looks so delicious, I would love to try it all. But alas I can't afford spending $100 bucks on a meal. I have asked you before to show us some places that the locals go where you can get a better fair price, and support the Mom's and Pop's of the places you go. But you seem to always go to these fancy hotels and eat gourmet food! That's your choice and that's OK, but if you could please change it up and stop the fancy expensive buffets! I'm sure you can find places that will be equally delicious and more affordable for us folks with less income.
You probably get to eat at these places for free to promote them. Lucky you!

The buffet is beautiful. The lobster looks delicious, I would also go for the eggs benedict and the beef stew and a couple other things. Not impressed by the desserts. ❤🌹🙏🏻
