All I kept thinking about was that song "Welcome to Miami". I would have to agree with you on this one that it being the experience and history of the hotel. Those Mimosas should have had a tad bit more OJ in them as they looked strong. Not sure if you took a lot of pictures, but I would of for the memories. My biggest bill at a Sunday Brunch with tip was $460.00 but this was a total of 4 adults and 4 children. It was about time with family so the price did not matter. Food and service were good, not great but still worth it. Now the best Sunday Brunch with all you could drink Mimosas I went to was from 10:00am to 2:00pm. We arrived at 10:05 and stayed for the whole 4 hours. They actually were heavy on breakfast the first hour then slowly started incorporating more lunch items. So I had breakfast, lunch and all the Mimosas I could drink. Great Video!

The Biltmore is also famous for being extremely haunted. Al Capone lived there and had an illegal gambling den. It was also a hospital during WWII, an Asylum, then it closed down and was empty for decades. Alot of deaths. Reopened in the late 1980's. I worked there at the front desk in 1990. I had some really creepy experiences there.

All I kept thinking about was that song "Welcome to Miami". I would have to agree with you on this one that it being the experience and history of the hotel. Those Mimosas should have had a tad bit more OJ in them as they looked strong. Not sure if you took a lot of pictures, but I would of for the memories. My biggest bill at a Sunday Brunch with tip was $460.00 but this was a total of 4 adults and 4 children. It was about time with family so the price did not matter. Food and service were good, not great but still worth it. Now the best Sunday Brunch with all you could drink Mimosas I went to was from 10:00am to 2:00pm. We arrived at 10:05 and stayed for the whole 4 hours. They actually were heavy on breakfast the first hour then slowly started incorporating more lunch items. So I had breakfast, lunch and all the Mimosas I could drink. Great Video!

The Biltmore is also famous for being extremely haunted. Al Capone lived there and had an illegal gambling den. It was also a hospital during WWII, an Asylum, then it closed down and was empty for decades. Alot of deaths. Reopened in the late 1980's. I worked there at the front desk in 1990. I had some really creepy experiences there.

Your wife is Taiwanese I believe I heard you mentioned one time. The Hong Kong TH-camrs do interact a lot with their family and friends on their TH-cam videos. Those TH-camrs speak Cantonese in their videos not English. TH-camrs in Canada also speak Cantonese since their targets are the Hong Kong people. That being said, however, these Cantonese speaking TH-camrs have fans that watch from all over the world including Scotland, Africa and Spain.
You speak Vietnamese, and your wife speaks Taiwanese. These days parents all like to speak English at home so their kids will not speak the native tongue which is a shame. But, my relatives speak English at home too so it is just sad!!!!!! I was born in the USA, but I do love speaking Cantonese much more than English.
The ABC American born Chinese think that I am a weirdo !!!!!! I think that it is sad that they can’t speak their own language. Believe me that they just won’t pass for Caucasian !!!!!
