I think you are so amazing! I love watching your videos. They almost always make me cry. It's so beautiful to see all of the love and grace in your heart come through. I think you're such a beautiful expression of bravery, courage, and light. Thanks for being such an inspiration!
awe Lakisha thank you so much for the sweetest words!! Honestly just touched my heart in so many ways. I feel very touched and humbled by what you said. Sending you so much love and light
Boho Beautiful what is your name beautiful? You are such and inspiration, I've been practicing with you since last summer and my body is loving your routines!!! 🌸😍💕❤️
PLEASE do more inversions flows!! Your yoga and pilates classes are how I work out every day - I've been using your videos and following you for over two years and going back to some of my favorites often, and now and I am finally getting stronger and more advanced with difficult postures. I would LOVE if you could do more advanced yoga videos that include more inversions and difficult postures. I have done the few advanced videos you have many times and am aching for more!!!
Thank you very much Juliana for this video. I ve been waiting for this one. Actually i am in "process" of reaching the full splits, of course guided by you! Lots to go, but practicing every single day.. Your voice is so calming and music as well which is so very important, at least to me! Way to many tutorials out there.. but, i am following yours, thank you once more! Wishing you all the best in your journey, that is also my wish, that will come true! Just keep following your dreams guys!!! xx
You are soo flexible and skillful....when I am watching your yoga videos I always realize how amazing is our body, what actually can DO our body when we practise sth every day, step by step (y) thumb up!
Wow. Do you think with practise anyone can become this flexible? How often do you do stretching exercising? You guys are such inspiration. Much love. Alena :) ♥
Hi! I'm the one who asked you to show me how to do the headstand last year. And I received this video now! Awesome! Thank you so much. I can now handle this pose with wall. Still try to get better:)
I freaking love you!! I’ve been trying to make a headstand for my whole life and NEVER BEEN CLOSE to make it! Today I actually felt all my weight lining up on my elbows and it felt AWESOME!! This is so going to be an everyday workout for me from now on. I didn’t even use a wall!! Sure I wasn’t confident enough to keep all of my weight aligned for a long time, but still! It’s my first time. Thank you thank you thank you for this video! ❤️❤️ lots of love.
Hey, I really appreciate your tutorials. I love practicing with you. Can you please do a detailed tutorial on forearm balance? I've been struggling a lot with them. Thanks.
Juliana, thank you so much for your amaizing videos! I've never done a headstand before but with your help it took only three attemps to do it! Love :-*
+Boho Beautiful yeah infact I love you and your videos ...I keep on doing workouts ..Yoga and I enjoy a lot ..The way you express your warm words they always compel me to do some more..I can even notice vast changes in my body .. now they are much more and toned, strong & finest than prior .You are such a beautiful pretty soul I have ever seen.💖sending you tons of warm love and hugs😘 keep smiling😊
Oh my god thank you so much !! Thanks to you i finally made this pose ! I tried it on a wall first and then i could do it without it ! Thanks a loooot ❤️ Lots of love from France 💕
YAY! I've been doing yoga for about a year and a half and I'm a yoga instructor but I still for some reason can't get a headstand. I always love learning from new people their techniques. Thanks love
On you looks very easy. But I think the steps to get into this posture are very important. I mean, developing the strength in arms, core and otjer important muscles which create this stability. This video is good for those who have already good body strenght, but for a begginer like me doesn't help very much..hope to get some first steps advices in the future. Thank you for your lovely work and video. 👏🔟🙏
I learned a nice trick about this pose: before grasping your hands, you just grab your elbows, than you have the right distance between your elbows (makes a triangle) that when you grap your hands, it is easier to make the head stand
I really like your videos and I love to see how much fun you to have! :) But I feel you forgot to mention an important part here: before placing your forearms, I always measure them (Hand to the opposite elbow, place the elbows in this distance on the ground and THEN put your hands together). I learned that this is one really important step :) For the version 1 it really helped me to walk as far forward as possible so your back is already straight. It is easier to get up (especially for beginners!) Thanks anyways, I like this new format and I am excited to get to learn more yoga poses
Dear BB :) Please, make more videos about ''how to make'' or ''how to do'' some yoga poses. :) For example the lord of the dance pose, side splits and similar :) Peace and love :*
Thank you so much for your videos ! I'm a beginner in yoga but I try to do my best almost everyday thanks to you ! I can now realize how much my body changes (in better ahah! :D). I also wanted to ask if you can do a video maybe one day with some exercises that we can do on our "chair" during school/work. The fact is I feel so bad some weeks because I canno't move from my chair during school or at home because I have to work... ;( This would help me so much you can't imagine :') Thank you again for your support !! I send you a huge hug from France
I really love all of your videos. It is inspirative a calm escape from stress. Thank you for that. :* :) I would like to aks if you will make video How to do middle split sometimes? :)
hey ! I discovered your videos few weeks ago and i love your flow ! Exactly what i needed to practice at home. Can you do more videos explaining poses ? I really want to do the famous downward facing dog corectly (i bend too much my arm and that prevents me from having a flat back) and also how go from chaturanga dandasana to upwardfacing dog/cobra without falling ah ah ! lots of love from Paris :)
How do you gain more control of your legs? I always flop forwards or backwards and I can hold myself up on my arms but its my legs that I can't get to balance? I'm not a beginner to yoga but i'm new to inversions, is my core just too weak? Any tips?
core definitely plays a big part in helping you find balance. Try practicing it against a wall to help you gain that support. And just keep practicing it everyday, it will get easier :)
I can do this posture but I get so bad head aches afterward. Do you have any tips? Maybe it is just my body and I should stop doing headstands but they are so fun and cool... :D
Hello boho you are simply amazing but I want to share my problem with you Its being 4yrs now that I'm doing yoga of all levels but headstand handstand i couldn't do I can do crow pose bird of paradise and many more but I want to gain benefits of this pose too plz share some easy way to do this pose
I can do a modified version of headstand using the palms of my hands rather than my elbows. I find it very difficult to do a headstand on my elbows, I don't feel my core engaged at all. Any tips :) ?
are pressing your entire forearms into the ground? Usually that helps a lot with balance and weight transfer. Try just lifting one leg at a time at first until you start to feel more comfortable, then slowly transition to a both feet off the ground.
Boho Beautiful I find it difficult to press my elbows, because they seem not to reach completely to the ground without my neck becoming tensed :(. I guess I'll keep trying using your advice. Thank you so much for replying I love you 😍
Juliana, I can't seem to be upside-down without my head feeling like it's going to explode. Is that normal? Will it get better over time? You videos have really helped me through a lot of troubles, you are an angel. Thank you ❤
When you’re young, you’re always worrying what other people are thinking about you. When you reach middle age, you no longer care what other people think of you. And when you’re old, you realise, everyone was just thinking about themselves all along.
The tutorial itself is good, though it`s indoor. But what`s wrong with subtitles? They are too short and too quick to read and same time to focus on exercise to do. Please re-set the subtitles.
Cool! You actually had some clothes on this time! This makes it a lot easier to focus on what the video is actually about. Thank you for the bit of modesty today.
She wears exercising gear because she's exercising. It's not up to her for you to control your own thoughts, so go ahead and take your condescending attitude somewhere else. :)

Thank you for this video!!!! I wonder, it would be so nice if you also made a handstand tutorial? :) PEACE xxx
wow!
Wow all my life I've been putting weight on my head. Putting it on my forearms definitely feels 10X better.
youre so awesome.. I can already du a headstand, but i don't use my elbows and arms to balance, just my hands ( and head of course ). is it okay too?
sure! If you've already masted that and are comfortable thats awesome :)
Hello, Have you ever tried Ashtanga Yoga before? Can you do the quick video about it if you can? :)
showoff! LOL Just teasing....you're so sweet. When you heading to warmer climates?!?!?! xoxoxox
You should do a video on sequence like few exercices to do if u r à beginner few for next step when u master them n SO on
I can do this posture but I get so bad head aches afterward. Do you have any tips? Maybe it is just my body and I should stop doing headstands but they are so fun and cool... :D

For how long we should do headstand, I mean max permissible Time?.
I am 63 years doing it for 3.30 mins on inversion stool .Pls guide .
I can do a modified version of headstand using the palms of my hands rather than my elbows. I find it very difficult to do a headstand on my elbows, I don't feel my core engaged at all. Any tips :) ?

Boho Beautiful I find it difficult to press my elbows, because they seem not to reach completely to the ground without my neck becoming tensed :(.
I guess I'll keep trying using your advice. Thank you so much for replying I love you 😍
Juliana, I can't seem to be upside-down without my head feeling like it's going to explode. Is that normal? Will it get better over time?
You videos have really helped me through a lot of troubles, you are an angel.
Thank you ❤
Aspen Armstrong are your sinuses usually clear?
About 90% of the time yes. It just seems that blood pressure builds in my head quite quickly and easily anytime I'm upside-down. It's very annoying 😕
old vid but the true talent (aside from the earned strength) is being able to talk during these positions lol
When you’re young, you’re always worrying what other people are thinking about you.
When you reach middle age, you no longer care what other people think of you.
And when you’re old, you realise, everyone was just thinking about themselves all along.
YOU ARE SO BEAUTIFUL! BODY AND SOUL
Those are super cute leggings!
me trying to do a headstand
*5 minutes later
freak out because i'm upside down and fell
People I srsly recommend to build ur core strength first else u r gonna get serious injury 😅😅😭
Juliana was right and I fell so hard😣😣😔😔
who could dislike these videos? show yourselves cowards lmao
people who fall on their ass trying it...LOL
guilty as charged :D
God damn, i'm ok with splits, dancer pose, bird of paradise.... But still have trouble with headstand !!
Oh my god! this is so difficult for me😭😅
Did anyone manage to do the head stand ?
Nicy ali246. i can do it, but only against the wall for now
The tutorial itself is good, though it`s indoor. But what`s wrong with subtitles? They are too short and too quick to read and same time to focus on exercise to do. Please re-set the subtitles.
doesnt it make ur head and hands pain lol... u make it seem so easy... impossible for a beginner for sure..
i got dizzy watching imagine doing it
you gotta pretty house
Why sexualize Yoga? You could have taught this without sexualizing a pose that is so beneficial.
