Hi Dr. Cosentino,
Very nice workshops. I've watching you on quite some time. Really impressed.
I'm really interested to know regard to your mention that "don't do a higher dose on the first visit, because after 7-10-14 days the patient will come and if he or she 'll need ot, you can do a touch-up"- how can the product be available after this time? How much do you say that a Vistabel for example can be left in in the bootle with the same effect?

Your video are great. I recently treated a client that had PRP injections mixed with hyaluronic acid in Europe. She stated that the results were great following one treatment. Are you doing this in your office and if so, what kind of HA are you using and how much HA are you mixing with the plasma?

There is anecdotal evidence that PRP enhances the longevity of the hyaluronic acid and there are many combination therapies with PRP that we instruct on where the PRP is injected over the crosslinked hyaluronic acid but if the procedure you observed were mixed with the PRP it would have been un-crosslinked which is less viscous and could be physically mixed. There are other techniques where the crosslinked HA is mixed with the PRP but would require a 2-Way or 3-Way stopcock. The volume of PRP mixed or injected over Hyaluronic Acid is based upon the practitioner, we create our dosing based on linear thread or punctate placement injection and we do not portray a volume to volume ratio for mixing the two products together.

Dr. Cosentino, I recently had Botox to my glabella and frontalis. I naturally have a high eyebrow and was not looking for an eyebrow lift. The physician initially didn't treat my lateral frontalis making me look like Dr. Spock. She gave me an additional 2u which helped a little. The problem that I'm having now, is heaviness in my brow. I have wrinkles/creases on my lids. Was the frontalis and/or glabella over treated? Is it possible to lift the medial brow?? I'm frozen with the exception of the lateral frontalis. I look angry :(
