As a doctor who practices but especially teaches dermal filling, I cannot believe there wasn't one mention or demonstration of aspirating.

It's great to hear your knowledge. Which you were in Vegas. I wish you would say what fillers for each part they want done.. I went and got Bella fill . Worst mistake of my life. Was do overfilled. Just a year ago and it's starting to wear off already. Can I have acid fillers where there was no Bella fill put in. I have copies of where he put it. Seven syringes and spent seven thousand on charge cards. I'm still paying of course but he was not interested in my unhappiness of the result.

Also, the people on the course in the video have clearly already done their foundation course where risks and complications have been covered
When you eat healthy foods, that's more chews/calorie. That impact the face. Additionally, has this woman's airway been tested?!?!?! Where's her sleep study? Did you get an exclusionary CBCT to check her airway? This can effect not just dark circles, but energy level and psychiatric conditions. Airway focused orthodontic treatment by someone who knows about it - uses CBCT... may help. Many do protractive orthodontics anyway, but some are still doing retractive (pushing closer to the airway). Restylane doesn't effect ADHD, high blood pressure, kidney failure, stroke, depression/anxiety, energy level, scoliosis... etc. You can throw a lot of ENTs, orthodontists, myofunctional therapists, sleep study specialist and the like at the problem of airway. I found through sleep study and 3D scan that my airway is functioning and sized appropriately. I just try and exercise, eat veggies/fruit & get enough sleep. To look healthy, why not just be healthy?
