Hello from South Dakota…I just found your videos and am so thrilled because I go to our senior center two days a week, but it’s not enough. I’m trying to get toned a bit in the arms…especially the ‘flappers’ as my grandson called them. (Out of the mouths of babes 😂)

I really like your technique for doing triceps (5:34 min.), and the exercises from (9:06) onwards
I always perform everything 2 times slower, and the ideal would be to lift weights and lower 3 - 4 times slower Then you don't even need to do a lot of repetitions to get good results. Thank you so much, Meg.💛

I found your workout and love it. I’m 63 yo. I’ve had bilateral knee replacements and bilateral ear surgery so my balance needs to improve. I need biceps and triceps workouts too. I swim several times a week. I like your workouts in a slower pace than others. I have severe asthma along with exercise induced asthma. Your workouts do not affect my asthma. Thank you so much. Hello, I live in Washington State and just found your videos today. I had a severe stroke 4 years ago. I had to completely relearn everything and am now able to start working out. My doctor encouraged me to begin slowly. I still have some minor physical difficulties, but am ready to kick it up a notch. Thank you for your videos

Hi from Vancouver, B.C. No wedding or holiday but getting a hip replacement in 3 months. The surgeon gave me exercises to do before surgery to strengthen my leg muscles, and I thought I should also work on upper body strength as well! An added bonus would be nice looking arms! 😊

Hello from California. I am 72 years old and my blood tests show my muscle mass is decreasing. I want to have good muscle tone. It also makes you look better in your clothes! And you can do more things yourself without asking for help!!

From Pennsylvania need to build up upper body strength and tone up the muscles. I have and issue with arthritis in my neck and left shoulder. I am 73 years old and love the way you teach how to lift weights for someone my age!!!

I live in WA State; my biceps are good, my triceps need work. The left side of my entire body is weaker than my right side - due to a surgical error. Your routine is perfect for everyone wanting to get stronger; I think I'll do these daily, then afterwards repeat only the tricep exercises. I've also lost weight recently, back to high school weight - just more wing flab! lol...sigh...

Whoo! Great arm workout. Is it normal to be able to reach much higher with one arm than the other?
It is called limb length inequality. In your case, your arm could be shorter than the other; that's why it reaches much higher. A previous fracture, trauma to a growth plate, or a previous infection can cause this. Genetic conditions or syndromes can also result in one limb being longer than the other. I really enjoyed the arm workout strength, I do them for circulation, weight loss, and strength , and reduce fat on my floppy arms.

Lots of fat around heart, AF still have it,
Poor performance I did, and atrium enlarged, could have heart failure AF very chronic .
How do u exercise to reduce fat from just under breasts, upper abdomen?
