Sachin Pilot: Rahul Gandhi did a brave thing by channelising public opinion.... Yogendra Yadav: when was the last time Congress took any of its Vice Presidents so seriously? Hilarious!!
Exactly most of the time they're busy making parliament a fish market and roasting each other instead of actually discussing or debating over a single motion.
There are always two sides for everything. We should view everything from a 360 degree view I have two things to say- one for the motion, and other against the motion. For the motion- Politicians have failed to fulfill everything that has been promised by them. They have only been able to preach big big things, and when it comes to fulfill those they would simply step aside. Against the motion- Politicians are always made the scapegoat all the time. As Vipul Nanda mentioned that we want everything right at our doorstep. I mean that's completely ridiculous. Gandhiji and his friends were not the only one in the Dandi March, instead thousands of people joined Gandhiji. This shows that politicians are not the only one to act. We need to struggle for everything, I would like to quote my class teacher's statement, "If we want to be like sun, then we must burn like sun". We all dream of Mercedes or BMW or Jaguar, but when it comes to hard work we don't even work for Maruti 800. We all dream of a country free from Corruption, Poverty, Unemployment etc.; but when it comes to struggle for that, we all step aside. No one is perfect in this world. Everyone does make a mistake, after all humans are subject to error. As we all know that the all the fingers of fist are different, everyone has their weakness, everyone has their follies, but when they are together as a fist they can take down men. So both politicians and the society both have a role to play. We should stop playing the blame game rather start being the change we want to see for our country
A very good and welcome initiative by times now,i congratulate them..atlast our youth are getting a platform to ask direct questions from our so called "POLITICIAN CLASS".expecting some more debates like this from your end..
lady kaur talks about what they are doing she is not answering the topic of the debate 'The Political class of India has failed to meet the aspirations of India's youth'. 0:35:00
It is very nice debate on Political environment which is the true sense of feelings which come out from the stock of heart It is very welcome initiative of present condition of politics economic that at least getting chance to expressed on Political Class it is appriciable and expecting possitivity for all
This is not about any party or individual person. Its about the use of a system intended for greater benifit which, now, is used for personal individual level benefit. This debate, more importantly, shows the awareness of this generation youth and no tolerance of unfairness, regardless of ones perception. The question at the end of the debate is , should the obvious mistake made allowed to be continued?
Awesome debate. Thanks Times Now's to conduct such awesome debate.Surely this type of debate will be in interest of common man and New youth generation which will provide a broad source to think about situation of our country
Yogendra Singh Yadav speaks truth. He said AAP is gonna scoop this time in all of his interviews, none believed and it did happen! Gonna listen to whatever this guy has to say very carefully, he might just predict the future xP
Dude the debate was hosted by an English News Paper and English News Channel. Thats the Only reason they were speaking in english... I have heard most of these speaker talking in hindi and they are very fluent.
The points raised by the first speaker who is the youngest among the participants gave the perfect points. Education Employment Dignity of life Politicians should based their theme of their own party on these three points and each parties should remember the RTI is the most crucial thing to be regarded in every action of the govt. since they are the peoples' representatives. On the other hand, generally every individual citizen must know his or her duty as a voter/elector. As I have said, RTI must be regarded the basic element between the people and the representatives for the betterment of governing ourselves.
Ms. Kaur , unfortunately never before I heard Mr. Pilot speak , how subtly he kept his points forward inspite from being political background and still being so humble ab it . Secondly , no one has asked anyone from upper strata to go to that level and work . I am sure it was one's choice . Isn't it . Appreciate your passion for social change .
Firstly, I thank all the speakers/participants. Debates arises when there is differences of opinion. People are free to have opinions but that doesn't mean they are correct. Who decides what is correct? (ans below) Politics by nature allows for debates and opinions. This is not the case in science/engineering. The method of science is not subject to interpretation. Yes, it is subject to change and improvements but when the facts are revealed, the conclusions are always the same, regardless of any personal opinions. Therefore, facts backed by evidence and peer reviewed data determines what is correct based on the scientific method, which is not subject to debate. Now, a replacement of bureaucracy with a technocracy is the need of the hour, but this is not a final solution. Putting good people in politics will never be enough because the systems of politics itself, is unscientific. Laws/policy are results of improper design. Ex: Instead of putting a notice, "Drive carefully, slippery when wet", a self-driven car on a braced road gets the job done and at the same time proves the notice/law/policy obsolete. This is design replacing policy. This is the new solution. It is not the final solution. It is a proven solution that works in all cases and is the same for all the countries, regardless of race, culture, identities etc. Maths is the guiding tool and as we know, we cannot debate maths. Therefore, the transition will have oppositions that say, this view is not practical and people have the right to be unscientific etc., to this I say, it may take a while but like always, facts triumph over opinions. Opinions can be debated. Facts are not debatable. This technocracy will take place. The question is not if it will happen but when it will happen.
what you say is a fact is in itself an opinion. It may become a fact if science or a more apt term for what you refer to would be technology + skills, are capable enough to replace or exceed the human condition that deals with several unpredictable variables not yet fully defined by science. If you so keenly think utopia, of the type you so desire, is the answer, then this should first be experimented on a mass scale before drawing such a conclusion. And no, science can be debated. Please think that through. Several theories have gone through changes throughout the centuries only on via debate. To undermine the capability of us fellow humans, and to see situations in black and white - deals with the economics of dreamers. The economics of reality however, is more of a trade - off of pro vs con. Perfection can never be attained, even with the use of more/maximum technology. You should also stop contradicting your own points.
harsimrat kaur will understand after 2 years (when her children are in 11th or 12th) there is only supply when there is demand , there can't be supply without demand, supply increases with demand and subsequently decreases with demand, politicians Like harsimrat kaur, Sachin pilot, rahul gandhi are the reason the youth of the country dont want to associate themselves with the politicians.
Hi Times Now Team, I want to know how can i participate in such competition. Please respond to this. In any competition i am open to take part. Thanks,
Why such meaningful debates don't happen inside our parliaments?...no wonder where india is today. We should support good people going into politics. Support AAP.
What Kiran Bedi talks and what she does do not match at all. She is not a novice but an educated and well experienced senior person. Why has she chosen to go by the side of the BJP which is equally corrupt and communal as the Congress, has betrayed the people in connivance with the congress? She is unfit to preach what she does not follow. This is absurd!
harsimrat if youth accepts your advice.................. i bet you will be voted out.............. & my advice to you plz act b4 u advice.... plz do what u can do your side.... ask ur father in law not to give tickets to criminals...u can do this atleast....if u cant u dont deserve to represent lakhs of voters of a constituency jai hind
Rename ur Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection as 'Vote 4 AAP' and keep it active everytime. Let the people meet this word 'Vote 4 AAP' again and again.. It will reach to Delhi people also!!
Even as if I'm a politician. I've to start it from ground level. Like in rural areas, I've to connect with them by accepting their tradition and culture. If I will against their culture and trandition, I will get votes or not. Even I can lose my popularity among them as local leader. I'm targeting khap panchayat which is very common in north India.
One who teaches must follow his own teachings in the first place. That is why the principles and teachings of Mahatma Gandhi stands tall in the minds of mankind allover the world. The leaders who only talk about values but do not follow these values will only get shame once their original state of mind and activities become known to the people. The reporters, TV anchors and Editors are also in the same place or even better place than the leaders. They must be more vigilant on their own personality and character. They cannot afford to fail. Once they fail they will surely lose credibility. Credibility lost cannot be regained. Those who lose credibility will be replaced by credible alternatives. Those who have lost credibility are not eligible to conduct programs like this.
A mirror has two faces. Same as I will say poltices is not bad or good. But the people within the polices is bad or good. They make poltices good or bad.
We need kind of a årab spring in india if want want to topple this regime of the political party's, this can't go on like this everywhere dynasties are being formed more rapidly then the decentralising of the political power.
Nowadays I don't find such debate happening on TV channel Btw fawas opening remarks gave other participants to easily counter & Liquor bottles turn into whole rather than whose fault was both side were in busy deciding who gave it & I take it rather than clearing whose fault it is
More of such debates must be shown on the main stream news channel
One of the best debate i have ever seen in my life.
then I think u need to wake up bro.
@@m.h.7048bruhh 😂
My salute to Sachin Pilot

When Arnav was a true "Journalist"
Was he though?...he was too biased for a moderator
A journalist can't be unbaised
Sachin Pilot: Rahul Gandhi did a brave thing by channelising public opinion....
Yogendra Yadav: when was the last time Congress took any of its Vice Presidents so seriously?
Hilarious!!

It would be interesting to have a debate like this in the current political climate
Eagerly awaiting to see such a debate
I wish parliamentary debates were like this😑
No, they can't be so because there we don't have a good debate moderator like Arnab. (on a lighter note)
Exactly most of the time they're busy making parliament a fish market and roasting each other instead of actually discussing or debating over a single motion.
and there comes a debate to be appreciated!!!
Just see the person sitting behind prof yadav, and his expressions are just !
Look man the journalism then and look now.
Vipul Nanda was the best,. Hat's off man.
All these Pro Bhakths, let there be debate now WRT CBI,EC,RBI... And Further more.

Things changed drastically in 7 years
lady kaur talks about what they are doing she is not answering the topic of the debate 'The Political class of India has failed to meet the aspirations of India's youth'. 0:35:00

Rather than waiting for the so called politician to fulfill our aspirations, lets make a nation where we ourselves can fulfill our aspirations.
Kiran vedi mam... Great salute to u.... !!!!! Yon nailed it....!!!!
Yogendra Singh Yadav speaks truth. He said AAP is gonna scoop this time in all of his interviews, none believed and it did happen! Gonna listen to whatever this guy has to say very carefully, he might just predict the future xP
Yogendra, brilliant points..
- When was the last time congress took its vice-president so seriously
- Parliament has been reduced to a trade union
Ashwin was exceptionally well in presenting and arguing his side.
Where is this Version of Arnab now in 2021 ???
Amazing 😊
Dude the debate was hosted by an English News Paper and English News Channel. Thats the Only reason they were speaking in english... I have heard most of these speaker talking in hindi and they are very fluent.

Politicians should based their theme of their own party on these three points and each parties should remember the RTI is the most crucial thing to be regarded in every action of the govt. since they are the peoples' representatives.
