आईएएस की तर्ज पर राजनीतिज्ञों के लिए संवैधानिक संस्था के माध्यम से खुली प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के आधार पर एमएलए और एमपी उम्मीदवार का चयन होना चाहिए । संवैधानिक संस्थान में जनता का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले के लिए योग्यता का पैमाना लागू होना चाहिए । वहीं भ्रष्टाचार में संलिप्त नेताओं के लिए कड़ी से कड़ी सजा का प्रावधान होना चाहिए । 1:01:43
