Yes and no. Japanese players discovered naturia runick from worlds naturia runick was fairly popular in the Chinese metagame. Which is super interesting to think about
really? not hating or anything but the editor is just playing the same soundtracks of forbidden memories in each video, gets a bit tiring hearing it in every video
As a Master duel only fan if you labeled TCG MD it might help subs find them. I’ve had to (not interested) a lot of vids bc I click and it’s TCG I’m afraid the MD content is getting washed too
I tried that and Omega didn't come up a single time. In my experience if you can get to the point where you've used 3 Blessings and have recycled them once the game is over.
I could see the potential in that. It's nice to get a card out their hand. But isn't omega rarely going to graveyard? Maybe a bit too win more? idk. I have a weird build where run the runick lv 3 and dawn dragster personally instead of an 8. And croc for a lv 9 draw 2,
What do u guys think about not having shufflers OR called by? Like not even called by for maxx C? Everyone plays ash too so u can't rely on talents to balance/counter maxx c. Is Naturia that broken, or is it the runicks that carry here?
because the deck isnt affected much by maxx . if they maxx c you normal summoning cricket is a perfectly fine enboard and you can chain summon Hugin to maxx c too
it's real hard to maxx c this deck. Example turn 1: I do first action summon mole cricket. I then activate runick spell for hugin. They chain maxx c. I then chain a second runick spell (making the first one faill to summon as the EMZ is clogged) and cricket. Off that I get camelia to send tree for the naturia spell and fountain set up. They got 0 draws off that. I can choose to do 2 more summons to make a 6 and unclog the EMZ to then use a runick spell to summon for fountain draws but I don't have to. Getting cricket in grave means i can summon it back when the opponent summons and then use camelia + cricket effect to summon sunflower. This deck has a huge engine so it's hard to fit called by. The only extra value I see is that make chengeying set called by is a very strong board.
Just seen that he’s on kurikara in the main but I’m not sold that a 2-of in main is better than just cutting the flex slot for an easily accessible ED out
Tbh I don't think you play goddess it's actually quite a challenge to get to 4 bodies I've found your win condition vs purelly is often deck out. In a bo1 I'd just rather trish or cyber slash tbh. Cyber slash cause it's repeatable, and Trish gets around targeting and is just devastating in a grind game. If purelly becomes more meta maybe but rn goddess feels too specific imo due to the bo1 nature
@@zephyrrrr4813 molecricket is 3 bodies by itself going second - the actual issue with goddess is it eats the emz. Every second deck on ladder atm is Purrely, and until people start playing something else I’d rather have an out I don’t need to draw into.
@@Csthh nah, no way am I running a card that is only good vs Purrely in a best-of-one - if we get thrust I’d play it in some decks as a one-of, but currently you’d either play 3 and keep bricking on it in irrelevant matchups, or play one and never see it when you need it. In terms of main-deck outs, Kurikara is comparably good in this deck since you have a number of ways to out My Friend to stop them going +3. In BO1 though I really don’t feel comfortable playing any deck that doesn’t have a searchable or always-accessible out to beat the most popular deck’s boss monster.
Bruh, subbing for the digimon world 3 outro song... I really enjoy runick now. When they came out and everyone just played them with floodgates it was awful to play against... Just super unfun. Kinda dig them with Naturia and Fur Hire.
Btw i made a runick fur hire spright deck and only run 1 fountain but the winrate is like 80$. Runick Fountain is a dead draw since you want to search it out with hugin for the fur hire combo. If its destroyed you still draw +4 because of fur hire.
One of the changes that helped my version of nat runic, was running 3 slash draw and 1 pot of avarice, free recycle for non runic cards and can get more free draws out of it, also in the off chance you draw into slash draw from slash draw, if your opponent has a near full board then they lose from slash draws burn as it wipes the entire board burns for each card wiped also think about giant thundercross as you can sometimes banish 20+ cards from grave and field with it
Ive considered avarice but idk the deck only has so much room for non engine as is. But it does feel so nice to draw it later and reset your engines. Ill have to try slash draw that sounds fun. Maybe in my runick reasoning build. In that one I run 2 x cyber valley, 3 x reasoning, and kitt to search branded regained as my 3 reasoning targets. Once you get regained + fountain set up you can draw a million.
@@meathir4921 early game i use it for hugins effects pitch the avarice for fountain, but late game i use it to put back my extra deck monsters and can also be used for slash draws discard effect so i mean either way it ends up being useful,
I wonder how Floowandereeze and Simorgh harmonize with Runick. Since these cards dodge Maxx C and are all about recycling each other to have infinite ressources. Well time to try it out!

@@ct1296my suggestion is herald of the abyss, it can out noir and if your opponent has another one on field they can’t activate its effects.

you run two fountain in case they have a cyclone, or to trigger it 3 times in one turn. One fountain is too fragile.

drawing fountain can help play around maxx c and can let you draw 9 with just runick engine rarely if you have gerris to recycle

Avarice just seems like asking to brick for no reason your deck already wins in grind game and can recycle resources

I mean without hugin searching field spell idk how consistent runick is. It’s just non engine that mills without hugin.
Also they both want their field spells up which is the biggest issue finding a deck to work with runic.
Locking yourself out of Hugin or your Floo effects respectively isn't a good idea.
any deck that needs field spell is already not good with runick. Not to mention other potential issues.
