If you don't want a wider back. I recommend not doing any training that works your upper back and lats. Calves can be tough for some to grow. You'll want to implement weighted calf raises. You can do DB calf raises or use the leg press machine.

I wondered what does it feel like to have a passion for your gift and be self coached (I love that) successful and then teach and inspire using your gifts for your lifestyle? I would love to feel something to a healthy obsession that I can see myself doing that it becomes a part of me and It is my life and my living - it seems so empowering especially as a woman. Thoroughly enjoying the life style, was into body building in the Lenda Murray days became a personal trainer and then moved changed lifestyles and locations and am now resuming the weight training as a pescatarian but hear EVERYWHERE how much protein is needed in order to enlarge/grow muscle mass…but I have seen many professional body builders on u-tube that are vegan so I know it can be done…also I am not a spring chicken anymore, so that is also a hurdle but I am trying and I feel great …better than I ever felt eating meat, so I do not miss it at all….so again any information, knowledge, wisdom know how you are willing to share I am more than willing to lesson and try out….thank you so much for responding
Is this working on upper chest to lift the chest better for someone that has a medium or sizable bust. As a 45+ women, I have good definition but no lift of the lower chest.
I think standing on your head helps chest. Sorry.☺️ Does holding a 10 lb or 15 lb weight help? The one we're you hold it straight out and turn. I know it's great for the arms but what about around and under the breast?
The bus driver exercise doesn't hit too much of your lower chest. If you want to target your lower chest you can try decline bench and incline/decline push ups.

Can you make a video on best exercises to make a wide back more narrow? Or best way to grow calves.
If you don't want a wider back. I recommend not doing any training that works your upper back and lats. Calves can be tough for some to grow. You'll want to implement weighted calf raises. You can do DB calf raises or use the leg press machine.
