They are not cherubims nor angels. They are another intelligent species that shares this planet with us. Thousands of years even more advanced and older than us and four dimensional. They are The Jinn Kind.
11:07 It might be one of the many tracing and deflecting meteorites observed from the weird angle! How he describes that it "deflected of the atmosphere" those are actually pretty common! But other balls of light described before might be just entities made of pure energy. Be it fallen angels, angels or demons scouting and everything in between our reality and the spiritual one!
@@osakarose5612 well they already have visited, the hostile aliens have mutilated people, horses and cattle so they must have wanted to “investigate” us.
You might want to come to South Lake Tahoe, Ca. I have seen the USAF-marked diamond-shaped craft with no wings or tail again. It traveled at about 12-15,000' between Mt. Tallack and Monument Peakin under 25 seconds(22?), made no sound over mach speeds, and was out of sight before I could film it on my cell, I got nothing on my video. Besides that, we get USAF stealth fighters flying over us every night, also almost silent, but clearly marked as terrestrial aircraft. We have very clear skies at night with thousands of stars visible to the naked eye, so this is a good spot to view satellites and other spacecraft also. My friends have all experienced satellites pulling angular turns when the shouldn't be able to do that. NVG would be awesome here...
Ive been living near RAF Mildenhall and RAF Lakenheath in Suffolk (two American airbases in the UK) for a good 15 years and i can't count the weird stuff ive seen driving home at night. You get used to the aircraft flying over and can pretty much tell what they are by sound but these things often don't have a sound just a bright light that often hovers sometimes for 20 to 30 minutes then just vanishes. The most likely time to see them is around 10pm-11pm driving down the A142 towards Ely, in the direction of RAF Mildenhall. These lights are bright, brighter than any plane lights, meteors or space station/satelights. We have even used flighttracker to try and see if they pop up on there and nothing
I'm from Australia, and the story at the 15:00 mark reminds me of when I was 12. I was in Grade 6 in 2000, having an end of year break up at my country school roughly 35km southwest of Ballarat and had about 35 kids; all the grade 5 & 6s had a camp out at my house in the middle of the bush so, surrounded by tall gum trees. We set up tents. We were up all night talking by the campfire as my parents came over now and again to check on us; I remember it being about 2:00 am. There were only 4 of us still up talking, joking etc. When my friend David tapped me on the shoulder, not saying anything, just in shock, and pointed up in the sky at a big ball of light descending towards the ground in between the trees, it was at least ten times as big as Jupiter in the night sky. I remember distinctly it being a bright cream light; we could tell that it was ages away as the direction it was descending was near a mountain range about 15km away. I remember David not talking, just walking over to find the most enormous, most powerful torch he could find and start pointing it at the light and flashing the torch at it. Two of us ran over and grabbed the torch off him, and he got very annoyed that we had snatched it off him. The light stopped, and it just became smaller and smaller but im unsure if it became smaller or if it had headed away from us and looked like it got smaller. We had earlier that year watched the fire in the sky (that had scared the shit out of us), and so we checked our watches to make sure there was no missing time. The only weird thing was that the following day when talking to my Dad about it that David swore black and blue that it was not him who grabbed the torch to flash at the light and it was another guy there, but the guy he accused was the other person who helped me hold the torch off David. What was creepy was that a few months leading up to this, many people at my school had talked about strange lights and aircraft in the sky.
Thanks for including my story Luke, that was a surprise. As I said I have no idea what I saw, it was unusual and the strangest thing I've seen in the sky
Your art work was on almost point with my story. 👍👍 Another thing I am from Fiji. UFOs are never reported or get ignored so that the witness don't get ridiculed. Its a small country so words spread fast and people think you have gone crazy or on drugs.
Keep these ups, these are so relaxing just to listen. My dad was in the royal navy as a basic sailor during the cold war, remember some of the stories about sightings ufos though he doesn't believe in them, he was based at Roysth Scotland onboard numerous frigates between 1982 and 1989. On numerous occasions at night while just roaming the decks of ships on either patrol or just wandering around, and sometimes at the base itself he would sometimes spots lights in the sky far away south, always in like circle formations. Just staying there but ever so slightly moving. After a couple seconds of so they just disappeared, the second time it happened he was returning to the ship on the pier of the base when the exact same thing happened. It continued to spook him but after a while of it happening he kind of just accepted it. Never told anyone but it was a relativity common sight, the crews often talked about it much but never to an officer. Didn't really think about it much believed it to be lights just reflected off the water. However today those UFO sightings are actually quite famous in a town called Bonnybridge, even becoming a local tourist attraction for UFOs
Hi, Kentucky here. I'm gonna take a break from building this guitar to say something. I hope you read it. This might be a little long. I been watching your vids all day. I'm watching part one of this right now. I heard "lights over Kentucky" and had to comment. So I got on my phone and found part two and said, "good enough, let's comment". First, I'm civilian. Most of my family were military. My dad was in Vietnam. My brother used to work on the f14s and 16 on the iss enterprise. First Gulf war. I have never seen a cryptid. Was about ten feet away from a black panther. That's a good story but for another time. And the stories I could tell you about my sleep paralysis. I am in South Eastern Kentucky. Breathitt county. When I was four or five I think, I was watching cartoons. And I heard my uncle yell, come look at this. He was outside smoking on the porch. To the east of our house there is a hill that is strip mined. They call it "4M". When they reclaim them, they step them kind of like a myan terrace or something. And they create huge channel from top to bottom and line them with huge boulders. Kind of pretty. I could walk there from here and did a lot as a child. I would sneak off and play there. Not realizing the actual real dangers and that of I got hurt no one would probably find me. Anyway, we all go outside and right in them middle of summer in broad daylight, bright sunny day, was a ball of light or something metallic reflecting the sun, flying up and down that hill. Like it was looking for something. I watched it go up and down three times and we went in to get a camera and when we came back out, it was gone. At the time, I didn't realize what I just witnessed. As a kid, everything is new. I thought it was normal until I was much older. Now I want to clarify, there are two different things going on here. You will see strange light flying over completely silent and you will see lights in the hills. I'm just going to tell a couple good stories but I have around a dozen. I now have cameras I leave pointing at certain at all times now. Once I was out at night and was looking at star, when it blinked. I thought something passed in front of it. Then about a minute later, it blinked again. This happens about four times each a minute apart. Then it started strobing. And just fell out of the sky. Or flew away. I don't know. But hold a pencil in your fist. Hold it out in front of you and let it go. The time it takes to reach the floor, was how fast this just fell out of the sky. Strobing. One night I was going to party walking and got the feeling I was being watched. I looked to the left and right and looked behind me. Nothing. Then I looked straight up and there was a bright light. And it was like they said "he's looking at us!!!!!" Hahahah and dimmed down to the brightness of a star. I am abbreviating these stories. I have two more I'm gonna mention. First, the lights in the hills. I have seen these about five times. First time I was walking to my Granny's after dark. And I saw a light on the top of the hill behind her home but still in the trees. I went in and told my granny but before I could finish she said, "let me guess, by the t point cemetery". Floored me. She goes on to tell me she has seen it there her whole life. She said it appears every ten to fifteen years and lasts about a week. I asked why anyone hasn't ever gone to see what it is. She said they tried. When you get to where it is. It moves. I couldn't believe this. So, I tried. She was right. When I got close to it, it was in a completely different place. And when I tried to go there it would move back to where it originally was. I'm gonna record this before I leave this world. Last one. Just before smart phones came out, I was out right after sunset, on the porch smoking. Just like my uncle in the first story. Expect I was on the first floor. But I look east and right over the same strip mined hill, I see three bright light. Two white with an orange in the center. At first I thought a huge passenger plane or something was crashing into the house. Then I let that idea go becuase of the orange light. I have seen these fly over before but always alone. By themselves. I'm watching this thing, floored. It didnt fly, it floated. and was slow. So I ran in and made everyone come out to look at it. My aunt playing candy crush didn't want to go. So we fought for a minute but she went. When I got back out it was almost flying right over the house. You know those tr3bs they talk about. It looked like that but in a rectangle. Like three perfect squares side by side. 8 white light with the orange light directly in the center. It was flying so low I could have taken one of the lights out if you know what I mean. It was flying east to west and completely silent. At least I think it was. Because above it way up in the sky. Much higher altitude was two cesna type planes. Flying from south to north. They flew right over it. I could hear their engines. This never made a sound. I made a blog and illsitrations of what I saw that night. Anyway, actually hope you read this. I could tell more but I've already made you read a lot. By the by. If you ever hear of anything like this, I would really like to know. I asked an engineer once who builds flying wings for the government. You know what he told me. "Don't worry about aircraft that fly at night". Hahaha this thing was huge and flying level with the hilltops. Any lower it would be taking out trees. I'm not 100 percent sure it didn't take off from the top of that hill. Huge flat place up there. And I am not saying aliens or ghosts. Could be. I'm just saying this stuff is real and does happen. Like I said I was never in military. I was in ROTC for four years. Biggest regret of my life was letting my family talk me out of going. I wish I could tell you the rest of my stories or in more detail. I usually make people laugh the way I tell stories. Good luck and later. Remember , you ever hear anything like what I've described, feel free to use it but I would like to know. Especially the last story. But the first one I told, that is 100 percent the only one I can't find and kind of earthly explanation for. I want to add about the first story. When I was four or five, this was in the mid 80s.
I'm a 44yr old mechanic that was living 10 miles west of the west palm Beach area in South Florida and one late night early morning around 3:30am me and the neighbor girl i was spending time with watched what looked like a flare seem to shoot up from the southern horizon and within a few minutes went from a white-ish flare\mortor looking light to a orangish fire-ball looking glow traveling in my direction from due south to north. Since we lived in an area where PALM BEACH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT would fly over to depart or approach the airport I didn't really pay as much attention as I should've. After yuckin it up with the girl for a few mins I looked back to my right to check the status of "the fireball" and to my absolute astonishment I couldn't believe what I was seeing as I swear on my mother's soul a large dark colored disk came "floating" silently directly over my head 😮!! No sound at all, no air disturbance at all and now no lights or colors except a dull red glowing piece underneath on the belly ⅓ the size of the overall diameter which i would estimate to be about 40-50ft around, this disk was traveling so low to the ground I thought it was gunna collide with the power lines over the sidewalk, so low I coulda thrown a stone and pegged it (I wish I woulda.. PING 😆) Imagine that? It probably woulda slammed the anti gravity brakes and backed up to turn me into a pile of ash on the front lawn.. Anyway, as I realized it was about to slowly drift DIRECTLY OVER HEAD I figured I was about to feel a heat hotter then the hinges of hell due to that red glowing part on the bottom of the craft which woulda been about maybe 40 or so feet away from my head since I had an odd dull red glow like a modern infared stovetop with a kinda solar panel pattern as seen thru a couple screen doors as in the direct bottom looked different then as it did on an angle as it was approaching... And waiting to feel the heat that never came in all I remember... Up until that moment is crystal clear.. afterwards gets foggy.. who knows who or what was "piloting" or controlling this technological marvel but whoever don't pay no mind to air trafficking protocols... I think it got too close to me and my life has never been the same since...
9:00 i had an almost identical experience around 2019 in Oak Ridge, TN. I was outside around 6 or 7 AM and i looked up to see these 2 points of light similar to stars or planets, except one of them was circling around the other one for a solid 15-20 seconds before just stopping in its tracks, floating for a little bit, and then it zipped away real fast like in the story. I was with my father at the time, although he didn't see it and doesn't believe me to this day. I know what I saw though, and these stories are validating
Luke, I love this content. It’s good to hear the long format stories along with the smoke pit stories, brings me back to stories we’d tell or listen to while sitting around the shop at Ft. Campbell. I worked in a Unit that had Pilots from Operation Anaconda and I wish I had heard more of their stories. Keep up the excellent work. You’re really creating something special here.
I have a story - I am from Bulgaria and these types of stories are very popular here… So I was travelling from my home town to Plovdiv (the second largest city here) and I was in the bus. We passed one of the villages on the main route and I was sitting next to the window listening to music with my earphones. Then I looked to the sky and saw a pill-shaped object that was on a very high altitude. Firstly, I didn’t think much about it but I noticed it stood on the same place. From what I recall it was greyish in colour and I watched it for a minute or two. When I looked away for 10 seconds I looked again and it was….gone
Man Tsarichina for a big part of the Bulgarian public is a big elaborate hoax so that the old communist guard generals don’t get fired after the fall of Communism…. Because the events took place in 1990 so that explains some part of it I guess but I can’t tell you more… I even researched the story as well but couldn’t find enough evidence to support that there is something extraordinary…. I think that some journalists wanted to see what was going on and the military just let them in so that they can see what is inside the hole before they buried it…. In the end of the day it was nothing…. But cool story tho
@Wat yeah no problem there are mysteries and stories in Bulgaria that are very interesting and I would say that I am familiar with most of them because they are very intriguing ! I love these types of stories that is why I fell in love with Bedtime and Wartime stories! 😄
Living in the SW UK, not only have i seen countless UFOs of every kind imaginable, I don't know of any family members who havent. My aunt was even followed home in her car by 5 orange lights one time.
My extended family all owned a cabin up near park Rapids in northern Minnesota. Around the 4th of July we'd all go up there to celebrate. The cabin wasn't big or lavish, basically 2 trailer homes merged into one single story building, it was always a tight squeeze to get everyone in there at once. The cabin overlooks a fairly placid lake that sits in a bit of a valley, the weather was almost always nice and there wasn't even many mosquitoes to bother us. One night, as all my uncles were sitting around the fire drinking, we all saw something we would never forget. A ball of what I can only describe as pale yellow light swooped low over the lake. I was busy looking for sticks to add the fire, but was alerted by yells of "woah" as it came right at us. It seemed to be only a hundred feet or less off the ground, by the time it reached our cabin it looked to be barely over the tops of the pine trees that seemed to grow everywhere. The most perplexing part is it was completely silent. Planes rarely flew in that area, only a handful of single prop civilian planes would ever be seen or heard, and the valley the lake was situated would have amplified any noise it made. It was like the spotlight of a helicopter, clearly a very intense light so bright no one could discern any shape or features of the craft itself, just the light that dominated from it. It was moving at something like 40 miles per hour, probably too slow for a plane either, and seemed to swoop lower as it came over the water as if its height was dependent on a fixed distance to the earth. Someone had the bright idea to fire off fireworks at it (again, it was nearly the 4th of july) and we had some seriously powerful ones from across the border to Wisconsin, which had more lax laws on fireworks than Minnesota. The fireworks went off a bit too late, but any plane would have been illuminated by the explosions. I half expected sparks to come raining down but it seemed unbothered. We all thought that was it, our UFO story. We saw something weird, and no one would believe us. Luck would have it that it wouldn't be the last time we saw strange lights in the sky, because literally the next night we saw something even more captivating. At this point, everyone wanted to see the UFO, so we all stayed up until around 1 in the morning, watching and waiting. Sure enough, we saw something. This time, however, it wasn't just a single light. Now there were 3. They were just above the treeline on the other side of the lake, all slowly moving from left to right almost perfectly across from our cabin. Now, I know what the skeptics will say (I should know, I'm still very skeptical myself) and say it was any number of things, from balls of burning swamp gas, lightning, flares, weather balloons, ect. But I was uniquely lucky to have the very people I'd pick to identify anything in the sky. One of my uncles had been in the navy aboard an aircraft carrier, and another had been in the air force itself and now was an aircraft mechanic for one of the big comnercial companies, he lit a lighter to check the direction of the wind, and confirmed the objects were going against, not with, what little wind there was. Both of them could tell you what plane was overhead just by the sound. Then there was our neighbor. He was an extremely friendly man, very charming and personable, who spent most of his time up at his cabin a few hundred or so feet from ours. No one would have guessed, but one night after a number of Beers he admitted to my uncles he had been in the CIA. I'm not sure when, but probably during the cold war by his age. By his demeanor he was probably intelligence, I imagine he could get anyone to say something they shouldn't after a beer or two just by being so nice and charismatic. Between those 3, we were still at a loss
"I should know, I'm still very skeptical myself". Why do fake stories always point out how the author is "a skeptic", "doesnt really believe in X", "is a no-nonsense guy" etc. etc.
When I was at Bragg I can think of at least a handful of times, if not a dozen that I saw strange movement from “satellites” and “aircraft”. I would be out watching the stars on guard smoking a cig, and I would notice what I thought was a satellite dart in a completely different direction, or an aircrafts lights completely go out like turning off headlights. Every time the hair on the back of my neck would stand up, I would get goosebumps, and feel very uneasy. It always felt like my brain was telling me I was seeing something unnatural, or something I wasn’t supposed to see, even if I didn’t really register what I saw
Such stories fascinate me!! Before internet became widespread in India, my only access to such stories were from books my dad used to buy about the unexplained mysteries of the world. There were a bunch of UFO stories to read on these books too. I'd like to share a personal story of mine. I was 10 years old when this incident occurred around 1997. My dad had a few shots of rum like he would daily and was in a good mood that night. He asked me and my sister to join him outside to watch the Hale-Bopp comet. I think the time was around 8.30pm. It was a sight to see. The comet was some height above the horizon. While the 3 of us were looking at the comet with wonder, my eyes slowly drifted to an object floating in the sky almost right above me. Now, i couldn't make out the shape of it. The object caught my attention because it looked like a bright red circle of light. The light went on and off ever so slowly, before turning back on after a gap of a second and it was consistent. It wasn't too high above me. For a size comparison, that single ball of light looked slightly bigger than a commercial helicopter flying close to the ground. It was definitely not a plane, cause it looked like it was moving leisurely and it was in a straight line, no fancy movements. I remember that night was silent as it was most of the nights there, no wind, just some insects making noises. Also, we were living in a village surrounded by hills and forests, so even a plane that flies very high in the sky can still be heard around the valley. And if it was a helicopter or a plane, it would have flown past my view of visibility in some seconds as it thundered across the valley. But this object was silent. Unable to pinpoint what it exactly was, I turned around to look at my dad and without saying anything, I grabbed him by the arm to bring his attention to what i was looking at. He looked up at it for a few seconds before i asked him what i was? Without even answering me, he abruptly pushed me and my sister back inside the house. I remember he looked a bit spooked. I had never seen him like that before. He gave an excuse that its too late to be out at night. Years later, i still think about that incident. It was unlike any shooting star or satellite or any other flying object I've ever seen in my life. My dad doesn't remember that incident, I mean, he doesn't even remember looking at the comet with us. He must have panicked cause he was drunk. Maybe he suddenly recalled the UFO stories and abductions from the books, that it must have genuinely freaked him out. He clearly didn't understand what it was. But it would have been nice if he remembered, it would have atleast validated the memory i had of the incident. Even my sister didn't get a chance to see what we saw because it all happened so quickly. The times I've openly told about this story to some of my closest friends, I've been mocked by them. So i never mention it. The most probable explanation i can think of is that it might be a weather balloon, not sure if they do appear like that in the night sky.
Once I was hiking alone in the Daniel Boone National Forest in Kentucky alone back in 2021 in one of the more secluded areas about 4 miles away from the nearest established trail because I was going to camp for the night. I came to this small open field and saw three balls of lights floating around about the size of car tires. When they seemed to notice me they stopped moving and rose off the ground slightly. Then I heard a clear but soft voice come from one saying "Be not afraid" before they vanished. The strange thing was the forest wasn't dead silent like most accounts and stories you hear on this kind of thing. I don't think it was anything alien but something more divine. I was dealing with the grief of losing both my grandparents months apart the previous year who were basically my mom and dad since they raised me but after that encounter I had this overwhelming sense of peace and comfort like they told me my grandparents were at peace and I needed to be too. I feel like what I heard had two meanings, 1 not to be afraid of what I was seeing and 2 to stop worrying about my grandparents deaths that they were at peace. I have never been religious but I do believe since I was having, let's call it "thoughts" some higher power that day showed itself to me to give me comfort.
I have a report that has stuck with me for a long time. In the spring of 2017, in Westminister, Colorado, I was driving home from a restaurant (southbound at 80th and Sheridan). I was with my mother. The weather was wet and rainy. We witnessed about 7 amber colored lights moving in an amorphous pattern, circling around each other and ascending into the cloud cover. We looked at each other and asked what the hell we just witnessed. By the time I had stopped the car and pulled out my phone, the lights had risen above the overcast sky. My mother witnessed a similar ufo landing in the woods in the Hudson Valley in New York many years ago In the 1970's. This seemed very similar to what she had described to me regarding her previous sighting.
I was eatten by a shark once. I've been in pieces ever since. Great video as always. I love these smoke pits videos. I like the direction and feel of the videos.
As you started to tell the encounters, I remembered another incident where Me and three buddies were on East Rock in East Haven, Ct. after park hours. We were just hiking and enjoying the view of the city below when out of the sky, from over the sound, came a teal colored ball of light. The light came right at us, sort of quickly at first, but slowed down to a crawl as it got closer, with all of us saying some sort of expletive. It stopped in front of the tallest of us, my buddy Bill. We all stayed quiet except for the oldest of us, Rodney. He whispered "Bill move away from it." Bill did not, as it moved over to Rodney and sat there. Then the youngest and Rodney's cousin Bobby spoke, "What the Fu..." It moved to him even lowered to his height as he has always been short. I remained quietly curious, I remember asking in my head, "What are you?" And it moved to me raising to face level. I could feel the static crawling over me. And Bill started chuckling. I looked over at him curious, and that's when I realized, my lose long hair was starting to stand up from the static. The ball of light moved up and down in front of me, and then back to Rodney who also had long hair but in a ponytail and moved up and down in front of him. Bill and Bobby had short hair. The light then did one complete circle around the four of us and moved slowly away towards the trees as we watched it. It zig zagged through the trees and off towards the Hamden area. Not long after the encounter, we found what is known as a Fairy circle. A perfect circle of mushrooms by a near by group of trees. It was one of the oddest but not scary experiences I have ever had. But it certainly had a form of intelligence to it. Haven't seen anything like it since. That was in the late 90's, early 2000's. And it's size was roughly that of a beach ball.
Another excellent episode. Keep up the good work! I am a serving member of the British Army and I, along with several of my colleagues have witnessed several strange occurrences. One notable example happened when we were deployed to Helmand Province, Afghanistan back in 2007. One night our platoon was tasked to conduct a vehicle mounted Ground Domination Patrol. After spending several uneventful hours on the ground, we parked up in all round defence. I can only describe what followed, as the temperature suddenly dropping, as well as a sudden unnatural silence. The silence was then broken by what I can only describe as an unnatural and unearthly shriek. We looked up to see what resembled some kind of large shadow hovering over our position. Some of the lads also said that they could hear something akin to flapping. If this was not strange enough, even though we could see this thing above us in the ambient light, nothing would could be seen of this shape when looking through our night vision goggles. After a few moments, whatever it was seemed to dissipate into thin air. The return journey back to our camp was a pensive and silent one…
I was born, and raised, on a country farm, way out in the mountains of West Virginia, Fayette County, next to the Gauley River. Back around 1994-95, my Mom, brother, and I, all saw an oval metallic object, about 100 feet above the trees, and stationary over the mountain, right behind my house! We were on our way home from Walmart, at about 2:00 in the daytime. My brother, who now lives there, seen the same object in 2014-15, in approx. the same place as before. Freaky...it just shot off like a bullet, and was gone after a couple minutes!! BTW: I was chased from the old railroad tracks, along the Gauley River (taken up already), by a large, bright light while on my YZ250 dirt bike, one time as well... No noise, and it stopped at the dirt road/treeline. It was no motorbike of any kind, I know that for sure, been around them my whole life, and I was within 2 feet of the object too. So I seen it clearly.
My Appalachian family was out in the fields one clear blue day around 95 and we watched something that looked like a star bounce around the sky. I know a little about energy and propulsion and I have good vision but I hope I never have any more of an understanding of what I seen that day. I wish I could forget it.
Not Military but I think it's still relevant, nonetheless. I have 3 stories. For reference. I was a part of the Boys Scouts of America (now Scouts: BSA). I was a part of Troop 334 of Miami Springs down in the Miami area in South Florida, and thankfully eagled out last year. Two, if not 3, key distinct locations in which I've camped in with my Troop have all had their fair share of interesting encounters, some of which unnerved me more than others. The first story was back in 2016, and revolves around Camp Cherokee in North Carolina, a Scout reservation in a vast woodland, which essentially was my first summer camp. One of my merit badge courses was oddly enough, Astronomy, and as a result we were told to all meet up at a specific location to do some star gazing in a clearing. As we did so, it could've been my fatigue from the day, but I started noticing that some of the lights in the sky were moving fast and not blinking like an airliner would or another plane of some sort. I asked what it may have been, but the unblinking moving light just kept doing sporadic circles and otherwise seemed unnatural. I eventually dismissed them as being some anomaly of some sort, but this video made me remember it. The other two stories occurred a bit more recently, and took place near the ocean, more specifically, the Gulf of Mexico and the Keys. The first occurred in Camp Sawyer down in Key West. For context, this happened after Hurricane Irma, and since the camp sits right on the beach, you would see that the entirety of the beach was torn apart, and in some areas, sunken. Trees fell over and powerlines were completely toppled and laid strewn across the shoreline. Anyway, me and a few buddies wanted to go up the beach to see if we found anything that survived the storm. In essence, what we found was an old, abandoned building in mid daylight. We decided to explore after we ate dinner that night. When dark came, it was pitch black from the lack of light we had out there. Even though we were not far from US 1, it was extremely dark on that beach, and we only had the moon to really illuminate our path. And as the three of us are walking along this dilapidated shore, one of my friends catches something. In the distance, out pointing south-eastward at sea, we see a few lights from what we thought to be were boats. They would sit there for a while, but then soon, those same lights just darted quickly out of view across the horizon. I thought they were speedboats but i realized that they accelerated to quickly. It was too automatic, you couldn't see the slow progression of acceleration like a normal speedboat. What made it creepier was the abandoned building we explored was completely unexplained. We thought it was just some old abandoned property we found there and heard rumors it was a girls scout camp that was abandoned. There were no people around, at all, but we were still able to hear voices in the tree line not too far away and it kind of freaked us out. We decided to leave not too long after and run back to our camp. This same horizon skating phenomenon would also happen to me on the West coast in the state park Cayo Costa, FL. The whole island has a history of military presence dating back to WW2 as a lift off for fighter pilots. They even have graves on the island to commemorate lost souls of dead fishermen and even the Padilla family, all Cuban fisherman that were buried there. The strange occurrence though, wasn't some ghost or anything. Just those same, faint lights that ran across the horizon, too distinct and fast to be boats. For reference, the beach I was on was looking straight towards the gulf itself. I was alone too, and similarly enough, it was pitch black out there, as I was just taking in some night sea air. The whole experience felt, serene, yet haunting. I didn't know what to make of those lights and I always imagined it was my mind playing tricks on me. Which, was impossible if my friends saw it too back in the Keys. Honestly, I never really believed in the paranormal or UFOs to begin with. But as time moves on, I've come to realize that even if they aren't concretely certain, I can at least respect the stories and tales of those who have claimed to have seen them. Even now, as much as I can't wrap my head around these phenomena, I rather just let them be.
I don't know if the Smoke Pit stories require a specific theme for each episode. I'd be more than happy to hear a variety of different stories - whatever works to keep the content rolling out. It's all good either way.
You mean like Unsolved Mysteries; a UFO, a cryptozoologic creature, a ghost and a missing person's case or murder story. A mix of segments for each episode.
@@puppiesarepower3682 Exactly! Why not? I think Ian took the words right out of my mouth. I was just scrolling to see if someone had the same thought and there it was.
I love these..brings back the nostalgia of the late nights working the flightline taking a break in the pit just reminiscing about the shit we were dealing with. The occasional haunted brks story and weird lights in the skies never failed to make their appearance.
Luke I would like to say thank you for another great video and also a thank you to all the folks that wrote and posted about the strange things they have seen. I hope you all have a safe and happy Easter.
Right on, this rocked! I am a Marine and I too trained in Chesapeake, VA at the Annex. The mention of our evening formations brought back some memories, good and bad. I also saw the blinking light, but chalked it up to a satellite or maybe a stealth helo. Never gave it a ton of thought. Keep it up, your main content rocks and I certainly enjoy your smoke pit stories. Semper
Love the "smoke pits" - Don't make them shorter. I like to hear what other people experience. I think a lot of us do. It's also really good, to hear your speculations and musings after the fact... I have had my own experiences, and have my own thoughts on it. But yea, it's fascinating...
I just subscribed to this channel about a week ago, and boy has it been fun and interesting to binge watch all this content, hearing it all for the first time
I was riding in a truck down a rural back country road recently during the day when I saw something in the sky that I still can't really explain. It was jet black and at first I thought it was a bird as there were vultures circling in the foreground and, oddly enough, for whatever reason it was sort of shaped like a bird. Think two teardrops flipped horizontally and connected at their widest end. It wasn't until I noticed it was stationary and much further away than the birds that I actually paid some attention to it. I was looking at it from, essentially, the top of a large hill; it seemed to be less than a mile away and maybe 100ft above the treeline within a valley of woods and farm land. It was hard to tell given the distance and my constant motion but I'd estimate the size of it as less than a football field but more than a city bus. So I doubt it was any kind of drone other than maybe a classified military one. The route the road took had a circular arc that went around the object as we drove so I'm not sure if I caught another angle to it or it changed it's shape but somehow it seemed to slowly "morph" into an almost perfect black rectangle with a bright silver something in the shape of an isosceles triangle forming along the bottom of the one visible side. Idk why but at the time I didn't really register what I was looking at, to the point where I didn't even think to stop and get a better look at it with the binoculars we had. I go by there a few times a week and haven't seen anything around that area that could explain it. No towers. No cranes. No airport. Nothing but trees and cattle for miles. Weirdest thing I've ever seen...other than maybe a ghost but that's a whole other story and is actually less interesting given I'm not sure myself.
Another great episode, mate. I too have seen strange lights in the sky, which at first appear to be nothing more than satellites. However, after travelling some distance, they flare before then shooting off in another direction at speed. I’m in New Zealand, bottom of the North Island about 2hrs drive from Wellington. I’ve seen these objects a number of times, including more than once on the same night.
Yooo cantab here, my mum is from the bay, and after getting off the Interislander and driving north to the bay she has seen this same thing as well, told me a couple of times of a story of it floating in front of her car in the middle of the road late at night before taking off. Lights and all. My dad is a big believer in aliens as well and has made the same trip with her before they parted. He won't believe in ghosts but is super stubborn in his belief in ufos.
I enjoy listening to these stories. Thank you for what you do. As I have stated in the past my dad was a WW2 vet so I enjoy your war stories and the smoke pit stories. I have a personal story about some ufo sighting I experienced in the past. Thankyou and Happy Easter!
I really, really love Smoke Pit Stories. They're great, give a voice to people who might not otherwise ever feel comfortable sharing, and they're very nice for breaking up the gaps between main episodes. I absolutely love cryptid testimony. It's my favorite topic, because of just how plausible it seems that cryptids could and probably should exist, considering how little we actually know about our planet. It almost always makes for interesting content as well. Therefore, I'd like to cast a vote with regards to topics for upcoming episodes and say "cryptids".
Are you familiar with Steve Isdahl, from The Facts by How to Hunt? It's a channel specifically for sasquatch encounters. Steve puts out videos almost everyday, reading stories that people email him. Very interesting topic.
Not to beat a dead horse I have had the same experience that few others have had talking about the light that twinkled and shot off. Kinda validated my own experience hearing that I didn’t know what to think or do when it happened so I kinda just kept it to myself.. Rhanks for putting that out
When I saw this new video posted I went YES!!! You made my day. Love these stories. With your delivery you could read the phone book and I’d still tune in.
To guy who saw the satellite pull a complete circle, you’re not alone I live in the PNW just outside of JBLM. My neighbor who’s actually a good buddy of mine ever since I moved to the neighborhood was joining me for a cigar in backyard during the summer of 2020. He normally prefers he’s pack of Marlboros but I managed to convince him to try one of my cigars. So we were shooting the shit about sneaking onto one of the lakes to do some fishing despite the governor closing all state parks and lakes, I remember looking up and commenting on how I love being able to see the stars at night, having grown up in the city I rarely got to see them without copious amounts of light pollution. My neighbor pointed and said “satellite” as it moved across the sky. We both followed it as it passed directly over us, then it too began to circle from its trajectory not once but 3 times. My neighbor and I were both in shock and muttered a few “WTFs” the object then changed trajectory 90 degrees from its previous one. We both were silent for a few seconds as it continued my neighbor managed to break the silence with “Well, I must be tired because that satellite looked like it changes direction.” I responded with “nope, I’m wide awake and I saw that too bud” my neighbor laughed and said “ well at least I’m not seeing things”. On several more occasions especially during that summer in 2020 we witnessed several other strange things ins the sky the next one happened a couple weeks later I was out back again smoking a cigar sipping on of those glass bottled Cokes you buy from the Mexican shops, It’s one of my favorite drinks to pair with my cigars I typically enjoy the darker blends. As I exhaled I noticed a satellite coming overhead and watched it thinking about the last one my neighbor and I saw. I watched it go over hopping it would vindicate my last sighting and do something similar but nothing and it kept on going I was slightly disappointed but relieved at the same time. As I puffed on my cigar and exhaled again I saw another satellite on the same trajectory as the last one. I thought that was odd but kept on enjoying my night. Then a third one came along not a couple seconds after the first 2 same trajectory. I thought that was very odd. So I called my neighbor and told him to come outside come see if he could see what I was seeing. As he came out a bout 30 seconds later another satellite comes along the same trajectory. I pointed at it and said “look” my neighbor said oh is this doing the same thing as the one before I said no that’s the 4th one I’ve seen in the last few minutes. My neighbor had a puzzled look on his face and asked is that possible? I responded with an idk but I’ve never seen that before. As we continue to watch the 4th one was not even out of sight as a 5 th one came on the same trajectory, then a 6th, and the 7th and 8th and so on until they made a string of lights moving across the sky. We again were awe struck. We stopped counting around 20 or so and the objects then suddenly stopped. We waited for about 15 minutes to see if anymore showed up but none ever came and I still have never seen a satellite on that trajectory to this day. Now this was during the summer 2020 and we are in close proximity to JBLM but we live in quiet area and definitely know when a chinook, Blackhawk, Apache or c17 is flying by the house, but these were not planes or any aircraft in familiar with out of JBLM. They had No blinking lights and made no engine noise, the behaved like satellites but we’re so close together and on the same trajectory it made me question that.
I love the smoke pit episodes personally. Its like sitting around a campfire with your buddies swapping stories. I also like the duration of the videos it’s perfect, not to long, not to short. I also commented on one of the previous videos about a ufo and you hearted it so i hope it gets featured. If you are reading this have a great one and keep up the good work, it is genuinely entertaining.
Thanks for making my weekend awesome Luke! - Happy Good Friday and Happy Easter everyone, and stay safe ❤ These glowing balls have been speculated to be probed. As for what they are collecting, your guess is as good as mine, but every time a UFO shows up, these balls appear to be around. Now, there was a well-known UFO battle over Nuremberg in 1561, and LA in 1942.
I've grown up in Umhlanga in Kwa Zulu Natal south africa. Growing up back then we've seen many strange things. We had a small army Signals base behind our house. On numerous occasions we would see orbs of different colors during the night. My dad's car would randomly cut off while driving at night. We also witnessed a large Triangular shaped craft fly over umhlanga, now most of this happened when this area of KZN was still mostly sugar cane fields. When my dad worked night shifts my mother said she also had the feeling something was watching her . Our dogs would bark at night at nothing... Umhlanga is now a mini city basically very built up now but even when I go fishing on the beach during the day I see what looks like small black cubes that seem to fly between the buildings me and girlfriend have witnessed these and have tried to get video or even pictures. In this area we have the Hawaan Forrest and umhlanga lagoon. At night back then It felt super creepy to outside. We pretty much lived near the Forrest. We here is South Africa have had some strange sightings such as in Pretoria where a police helicopter chased a UFO . My dad also describes being in the army and witnessed a cigar shaped craft fly over a base he was at, he no sound what so ever just only that the air got extra cold.
I live in the southern Netherlands near Eindhoven. When I was around 15 in the middle of the night I woke up to what felt like the low rumble of heavy construction nearby. then as my room started getting slowly brighter I got up and opened the curtains. and I saw this very bright orb slowly hovering across the field in front of my house, as it approached that rumble almost turned to a feeling of static electricity as the light got brighter and brighter, to the point it basically whited out my vision as I have issues with night blindness. it didn't hurt like accidentally staring at the sun would, and had a almost orange glow to the edge of it. and as it neared the end of the field where a primary school was at that time it instantly shot off. this took place over roughly a minute or two from me waking up to it leaving my vision. the feeling it gave me and the uniqueness of it stuck with me ever since. Now as far as explanations go, I currently have a degree in analytical chemistry, which involves a lot of methods that involve determining things with energy and specifically wavelengths of light. And all I know is, the more I learn about the subject the more I realize how little we really know when it comes to how light and energy really works. and honestly I have no idea what it was. and has only added more to my interest in wanting to know what I saw that day, and the stories of other people.
Me and my dad have seen a lot of ufos here in Sweden. One of the creepiest and, to me, funniest encounters we had was summer last year. We were out on a walk on the outskirts of town when I noticed a strange light in the sky. When I pointed this out my dad explained that it might he Mars, or even the international space station. Before he finished his sentence the light suddenly ganged color from slightly pink to clear blue, shone brighter and flew off towards Norway. Dad was dumbfounded and to break the silence I blurted out: "Guess the astronauts floored the gas"
Just got home and saw the notification for Smoke Pit stories. Was blown away when my story came up! I'm truly honored that you included it in this episode! Thank you and SEMPER FI, BROTHER!!
Great content. I love the paranormal military stories. 'Ball of light' is probably the most common type of UFO sighted. It's likely that the biblical accounts are a description of and contextual attempts to describe the same phenomenon. This has been going on, likely for all of human history. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that sightings of some light phenomenon are common around mountain ranges. Called 'earth lights', they are hypothesized to be the result of tectonic stress on mineral deposits producing electromagnetic effects. But there's really no way to test that hypothesis.
strange that i saw bright orange star that zoomed and became a white orb in Algiers back in 2003 just a month after the biggest earthquake that hit thr region and for a whole year after it we continued to feel earth shaking
this video made remember my UFO experience. 22:23 I was maybe around the age's of 11 to 13 (2019/2021) and this happened in the Netherlands(Province: Drenthe/City: Emmen) me and my mom where in the drive thru of a McDonald's when i looked up while we where waiting in line. so out of boredom i looked up and it was a blue sky with no clouds, when all of a sudden i notice a white Tic-tac shaped "UFO" like the one from the declassified pentagon footage. so i asked my mom if i was seeing stuff when my mom also saw it. you may be thinking that it was just a cloud but after a few minutes it just zoomed off like it was never even there. I've never told anyone this story before in fear that people will think I'm crazy but i know what i saw and i still don't have a clue what i saw that day, might i add i live near a low pass zone maybe that ads some explanation. just wanted my story out there you guys have a blessed and good day.
Ok, This episode hits home for a number of reasons. I'm Sandra, on my husbands account, I am from a small town of Tennessee, growing up in a very rural town in East Tn in a town of less than 500 people the stars were always a big thing to stare into and wonder. One night as I lay in bed looking out my window something caught my eye, this would have been mid eighties. I spotted two small white lights only one had a red light on it, the other didn't. These were so far up and so small that you would have thought they were stars themselves only they moved across the sky in uniform movement, on behind the other, kinda like a satellite and just about the time they would have flown out of view, they changed direction. back the same way they came, same straight line, same path and they didn't have to turn around, they literally just reversed on the path. I then started watching them do this, back and forth, same line, no turning, just a back and forth pattern as if they were chasing or following each other. I must have watched this for a half an hour wondering what in the world is this? At the last path they took they broke formation, one went forward, the other white light with the red went another direction, then what I didn't expect, the red light that looked to be a part of the white light shot off a different direction. I have to this day never seen anything like that again. I have also seen a white ball of light in my later years while ghost hunting in North Ga. It was at Dawsonville church in Dawson county located on the edge of Dawson Forest. I was with several of my friends who started these ventures seeking out local legends and myths. We had just performed a tale about, run around the church 3 times, knock on the door of the church and the doors were said to swing open and a figure with red glowing eyes would be at the alter. We sent the kids running around the church, they knocked and nothing happened, or did it? A white small ball of light had caught one of our attention, it was across the road/parking, it was low on the ground, slow speed but constantly moving, it would go around trees, then go anywhere from just above the ground to high up into the trees. There was about 7 of us out there, we were all seeing it. Sometimes this light would weave way back into the tree line to the point we couldn't see it, then back around closer to where we were. If you shined a light on it there was nothing to see. We had tape recorders but this was just before cell phones had cameras or real internet as we know them today, none of us had a video camera as they were just too expensive or out of our budget so no video was taken. After watching this for 20 minutes we loose site of it and figured it was gone, all of us but one lady walked away over to the cemetery only to hear our friend about 5 minutes later screaming for us to come back, she said the light come back out to the area we were viewing, then started to come closer to her and when it did it started getting bigger, like really big. When she screamed at us it went back away from her and back towards the wood line where we all could see it floating around once more only to disappear once again. I know it was strange and it had occurred to me that this possibly could be ball lightning, we did have threats of storms earlier in the evening before going out, there was clouds way up in the sky and some thunder way off. The odd thing though, when i replayed my tape recorder and listened for evps I noticed something was off, when were were watching the ball of light on my recorder the first time when it was closest to us there was a echo. As if we were speaking in a tunnel. It lasted the entire time we were over there but it wasn't a battery issue or anything else I could put my finger on. That tape recorder had never done that in all the years I used it nor did it do that again. What caused that echo? Anyway, great stuff, great stories, keep up the good work! Sandra
Some of these instances are describing something I’ve seen personally several times years ago. I was in the California Guard at the time, 13B. I was actually at home in a city called Aliso Viejo and each time I saw something at night. The first time I was sitting in my car in my neighborhood just smoking a cigarette and then I saw a ball of light appear out of nowhere and it maneuvered several times in a way I’ve never seen anything maneuver and move incredibly fast and then it was gone. The size of it appeared almost as a enlarged anti-collision light and it must’ve been no more than 500ft or so off the ground. It had a brilliant light that was greenish looking but it didn’t seem to radiate the light, it was just a point that light. I thought “ok that was weird” but didn’t know what else to think. Another night maybe months later I was in the same spot this time with my brother and it appeared again with all the same characteristics and he saw it too. His reaction was basically “what the hell was that?” Me, I got excited and said “you saw it too!?” Well we didn’t know what we saw so we talked about it for a bit wondering what it could be but that was it. Months later I was talking to a friend of mine after work, we got out of work after midnight so there wasn’t much activity around and we would usually talk for a bit before heading home. This final time he saw the same light although it was very a different part of the city. My friend was from New Jersey and was trying to become a police officer, he was always a rational kind of guy but he reacted the same way my brother did. I felt better knowing I wasn’t just some nut who’d seen this and no one else. I’ve always wondered what it was, what could maneuver like that. One thing I read about was ball lighting but that didn’t seem to fit. This episode was the closest I’ve ever heard someone else relate to what it was I saw over Southern California.
I hope this story doesn’t get lost in the comments because I think is worth the read. I grew up in El Salvador, next to an Salvadoran Air Force base (FAS, which stands for Fuerza Aerea Salvadoreña). When I say next to the base, I mean it. I could walk to the gate of the base from my house. The base is in San Salvador next to a lake, and while there were some adjacent communities around the base, there was a lot of vegetation and forest-like acres around the area. You know, your typical tropical place. I loved plane watching. Since very little I geeked over aircrafts, specifically military aircrafts. Every time I heard a jet engine, I would go out and hope to see a fighter jet, only to be disappointed by just another commercial aircraft flying in the distance. El Salvador is a small country, so commercial flights pass through Air Force airspace with no issue, hence why you I would see these flights go over my house with no issue. Now, this happened in 2011. March to be exact. It was the day when Obama was supposed to land in El Salvador for a diplomatic trip. Of course, I knew about the AF1, so as a plane geek, I went outside to the back of my house and sat there, getting scorched by the sun in 90+ degree weather and horribly tropical humid conditions. I didn’t care. I wanted to see the AF1 with my own eyes. It was around noon, and no clouds were on the sky. As I was looking at the blue sky, I noticed this spherical silver shiny object floating from my left to my right. If you know anything about Spanish style homes, you know that the backyards are not necessarily that, but instead they are rectangular openings in the middle of the house surrounded by brick walls. Well, I saw that and I of course climbed up to the roof from one of the walls to observe the sky better, and look at the object. The thing looked like it was floating at wind speeds. It was just gliding. However, its shape was not normal. Nothing I had seen before. Out of nowhere, this thing moved so fast to what would be to my right, it was almost as it teleported. I remember looking at it and being in disbelief of what I was seeing. Then it moved back to the left where it was at first. Then it did a diagonal movement to my North, and then just shot forward to my Southeast. I have barely told this story to anybody because while interesting to witness, I from very little never believed in paranormal stuff, nor aliens. As I grew up and started to understand more about the world, I wonder if that sighting was connected to Obama’s visit. And I’m not talking about anything alien or conspiranioc. I’m talking about as to whether these things are some sort of super secret US Military crafts used for surveillance that a handful of people know about. Ever wonder why some of the most iconic cases of UFOs happen in presence of Americans, or in American territory? I don’t know, but either way, these things are very fascinating. Now I live in CO, and I’m currently applying for Navy OCS. Haven’t witnessed anything of the sorts ever since. Maybe I should keep an eye out on the sky. Especially here in CO…
@18:50 i experienced the exact same UAP around Ohare airport in 2013! i had just graduated high school and couldn't sleep so i sat out on the porch, looking at the sky. because of the light pollution it is hard to see anything and planes would come in for descent right over my head, but this light was high. i watched it for about 5 minutes as it would "blink" off and reappear in different locations. i remember every detail but eventually lost sight of it behind my house. it's incredible to hear someone else experienced it
Well, always kind of nice to get a little shout-out in a video like that. Now that said it was mentioned that I didn't feel the need to elaborate when I made my post on one of the previous videos. I did that for the same of brevity. I didn't want to have this huge wall of text for people to go through. But given what was said by the creator of the video I'll go ahead and share more detailed examples of what I have seen. Apologizes for the wall of text. :P Cigar shaped: large object that did really look like a big cigar. Pretty long and narrow though, like the length of semi-truck if not longer. Dark colored exterior, but too far away to make out fine detail. It did have a distinctive red and blue light on each end that pulsed in opposition to one and other. Like a police light bar, but a bit faster. This was one of the few UFOs that I saw during the day, and usually always near this one hilltop a bit north of Riley TN. Mini-triangle/probe: A relatively small craft. Maybe about the size of a large helicopter. It was vaguely triangular, but they often seemed to be more like a framework around some central structure. Made me think of a classic depiction of a space probe. The center light was always a bright blue/white color, with what looked like blue and white 'marker lights' on the extremities. These were probably one of the most common things I ever saw over the skies of the mid-south. Sometimes I even saw them just hanging out over the less populates parts of the metro area of Memphis, usually only about 100 or so feet off the ground. Even tried to stop to get a photo of those things but by the time I could get stopped and dragged out my camera they would just vanish. Glowing Saucer: a relatively small craft, maybe a big bigger than a mini-van. But notable because the entire hull seem to a glow with a light of it's own. In the minute or two I saw it it would pulse from a dark metallic to a harsh white light. It also had very obvious windows in it that could almost been seen through. There might have been something standing inside of it, but I just can't be certain. This event was really notable for the fact that it happened just outside of Covington TN during rush hour one evening. People were slowing down to kind of gawk at the thing but no one stopped to get out to really look further. Triangle: One of the classic black triangles that are spoken off in a lot of UFO mythology. Very large, perhaps even the size of a food ball field. Just hanging out over the woods along the US-51 a few miles south of Millington TN. Even if that highway gets a fair amount of traffic in the day, there wasn't much out there at about 3 AM. Flying wing: just an absolutely ENOUGMOUS object. I can not even guess at how big things thing was, but it was probably the size of a aircraft carrier if not bigger. It was basically just this giant flying wing. It had what looked like 4... 'thrusters' that seem to hold aloft. Kind of like a blue flame coming out of a jet-engine on it's underside. But there was no significant sound that I could hear over my own trucks engine. Frankly, this this scared the F' out of me. I know enough of how aircraft work to know that we don't have anything that operated like that. I can't imagine how much power it would take to hold something that big aloft. Let alone how much noise an engine that big would make. And it was flying over a small city. This is not even the be-all-end-all of the weird things I saw on the highway. But this is just a handful of my most notable experiences on the highways of this nation's roads during the decade I spent on the roads. Hell... maybe I'm just crazy. And in fact... I am no longer a truck driver because in 2013 I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. A tumor that was thankfully removed with little incident that same year. But it did take my out of the trucking industry due to vision and languages issues it gave me. Still, nothing from the tumor gave my hallucinations either before or after, and there were some incidents where I saw other people reacting to the things I was seeing. So I tend to lean towards that idea that I was actually seeing some sort of unknown craft in the skies. But hey... who can really say?
@@osakarose5612 I sure as hell didn't like it. And when I relieved just what I was seeing it damn near did! I was just trying to collapse those encounters down as best I can. But I'll expand one thing about the giant wing a bit further. The little city where I saw it one I mentioned earlier by the name of Millington TN. It's a fairly small city but it has an equally small military base in it. It's naval logistics support base. Started off in WW1 training pilots. Then expanded into a naval aviation station in WW2. But it's since wound down into just being a logistics base. Ever so often you might see a cargo plan land their. But not very often. That night I was still some miles out of town but I could see what I thought was just a big honking cargo plan kind of buzzing the town. At that point I just thought it was some big but conventional transport trying to land there for some reason. It wasn't until I got to the edge of town and the thing buzzed the town again when I realized that I wasn't looking at anything normal. Luckily the thing just kept on kind of buzzing the town as I drove through. Doing whatever the hell it was doing there.
Two good installments here, Luke. I would add that UFOs (or UAPs) have been seen over military bases from the 1940s onward. They seem interested in our military resources. Presume you are becoming less skeptical as we go along I have had my share of sightings as noted previously. A nocturnal lights affair involved a very bright red light low on the southeastern horizon in the evenings. This would appear in the summer, an hour or so after sunset. Blood red, it would appear for several evenings in a row, moving relatively slowly. Must have been at extreme altitude as remained a point of light through binoculars. It returned the following summer following the same trajectory, then was never seen again as far as I know. As far as books go, happy to may recommendations. These by Coral and Jim Lorenzen are well worth locating; Flying Saucer Occupants, 1966, UFOs over the Americas, ca 1968, Encounters with UFO Occupants, 1977/78. Ste a couple of othets. The Lorenzen''s had done work with the government during the WW 2 years, and led APRO (Aerial Phenomena Research Organization) from around 1952 until Coral's passing in 1988, I believe. The group ceased operations there afterwards.. Their work was always thorough, and while somewhat dated now of course, still valuable.
Great work Luke, congratulations! I'm a big fan of the Wartime channel, also been a fan of BTS channel for a couple of years. Love the stories, makes my drive from work to home very relaxing... Keep up the excellent work... 😃👏🏻👏🏻
The nightshift at fort Campbell got my attention, been listening since I found it yesterday, more more and you have my sub, looking forward for more story
You have tapped into something that resonates with many of us and your retelling of these encounters with the unknown does do justice to sharing these accounts with a larger audience. As far as the CA-35 USS Indianapolis, a dear friend of mine has spent most of the past 2 decades befriending and hosting informational meet and greets with the survivors of that famed WWII naval disaster. My childhood best friend and I both witnessed multiple balls of light flying through the woods or northwest Georgia at night. They were all about the size of a basketball, different colors, lit up the trees and bushes around them as they glided in along, seemed to be playing follow the leader (as in they followed the same path in single formation), and they were within 20 feet of us and only hovering about 3 feet off the ground so we got a good look at them. It was something that we both still remember vividly after twenty+ years.
I like the smoke pit stories. Personally I could listen to as many of these kinds of things as you could get out. If they involve interactions between various militaries and the paranormal so much the better.
Thank you for the great content. I’ve only shared it with a few friends but I remember back in 2014 I was in my mum and dads back garden in the UK. Summers day rare amazing weather clear skies so this allowed us to see all the air traffic. I was watching one passenger plane it was clear enough to see the red on it so I assume it was Virgin. Behind it was a silver ball object just following the path of the plane. I thought it could be a drone or something but it was keeping pace with the plane and appeared to be controlled like it was tailing the plane purposely. In size comparison to the plane it was small but again big enough for me to observe for a good 5 minutes or so. In a blink of an eye it shot up and disappeared. I just drew my own weird conclusion it could be a military drone or something cause no way could something piloted move like that. In 2020 again I was visiting my mum and dad dropping some food off as they’d gone down with Covid and their dog needed walking which I was happy to oblige. This was about 9pm. It was dark and you could hear a pin drop. I walked by the local park and above me by about 200 feet was a silver ball just like the one I’d seen back in 2014. When I looked at it to try and focus on it it flew directly straight faster than anything I’d ever seen. What added to the weirdness was my music on my phone I was listening too seemed to cut off. I was really spooked for some time as I pondered what it could be and I couldn’t help but think it looked just like the thing following the plane in 2014. It was fast though like blink of an eye fast 💨 I’d listened and watched stories from bob lazar years ago so always had an open mind on the subject. More than likely I’d just against the odds caught twice a glimpse of military drones or something. Either way thought I’d share. Sending love to anyone who reads on this cold day in the UK. ✌🏻
I spent 13 years in the RAF, my job was photo reconnaissance, I literally spent every morning studying photos of aircraft, tanks, warships all manner or military equipment to the point where I could identify an aircraft by just the leading edge of its wing or the shape of the intakes alone. Despite this there were still occasions when aircraft I’d studied for years appeared initially unusual when viewed in the metal rather than in photographic form. One example was when driving home one afternoon, the cloud base was low and it was generally quite foggy when a B2 broke through the cloud almost directly above my car (I had a glass targa roof which gave me a great view), it came down low, slow and gently banking. It looked so “alien” despite being very familiar, I can imagine an uninitiated member of the public being very taken aback by its appearance and misidentifying it. Similarly, little looks quite as surreal and futuristic as a V22 Osprey coming in low at night, something I saw many times when V22s brought injured troops to the battlefield hospital at Camp Bastion. I can only describe them as looking like the Hunter Killers from the Terminator movies. I’m sure that many of the UFOs seen by people, even experienced aircraft observers are terrestrial aircraft that are misidentified. In my 13 years service there was just one UFO report I’m aware of. This was in Afghanistan in 2012, call signs all over the country were reporting strange illuminations in the sky, and what was described as “an upside down mushroom cloud”. It caused a few minutes of concern and confusion but was quite quickly confirmed to be a Russian missile test.
Carla Short's story has a simple explanation, she saw the green flash. The green flash, or emerald flash, is an optical phenomenon seen just before sunrise or just after sunset and lasts only a second or two
I saw an orb of light that behaved similar to these stories in 2006. I was with three friends hiking at night, we were in highschool and for fun we would often explore the old mines and caves at a place called devils backbone in CO. One night shortly after hoping the gate(the trail isnt open at night). We had just past the parking lot and turned the corner when we saw the orb. The orb of bright white light silently traveled as fast as lightning or a laser back and forth along the ridge and we took cover assuming it was spotlights. The orb then came and hovered above us seemingly observing us for a second, the orb then playfully did several circles very fast around the trees at the base of the trail next to us to, the orb stopped to hover above us one last time and zipped off straight up into space and dissappeard into the stars.
Dude your channel is amazing you can feel the decency of a human being in your voice I dont know how to explain it othervise hope you get many more subs its a shame if this quality doesnt get noticed.
I've seen something that looked like a star of David in 3D and it was just light a rotating shiny light, I was gobsmacked and my friend said it was a Merkeba. It was awesome
I love the ufo stories! I have one myself that I was at an amusement park laying on the grass in a pinic area. I was watching the clouds and I saw a silver cube floating past. I was able to get my phone out and get pretty good video of it before my view was blocked by trees, then it went over the mountain next to us. This happen in Utah and was just south of hill air force base. A few minutes later after telling my wife about it and watching my recording 2 jets that were a lot louder than usual were headed in the same direction as the ufo I saw.
After a tough day of work coming home and seeing a new post is really refreshing I treat it like an event. I wait till watching anything from your channel can be given my full attention. Keep up the good work my friend
I haven't written about these instances anywhere online and I've only mentioned the low flying aircraft to a friend who works in air traffic control for obvious reasons! I often watch the night sky and look out for shooting stars when enjoying a vape. I am luckily enough to see a lot of shooting stars, satellites, the ISS etc. In Salcombe, January 2022 - i nipped out of the hotel and down the road away from the lights to get a better view of the sky and what I saw I initially thought was maybe a meatior shower. 3 star like white dots breaking into the atmosphere but instead of going straight , normally heading slightky downwards and then fizzling put they just kept going and I thought wow they're some really good ones but then they went back up and zipped what looked like round the stars similar to a dog fight or how dolphins swim round each other. (I'd like to say this was pre vape). I haven't seen anything like it before or since. The other occasion was a much closer encounter, out having a vape again but thankfully this time with my gf at our home near the Hampshire/Dorset boarder. Our garden faces toward the needles IOW. This bright white light rose into the sky, excitedly I pointed it out and said WOW that's really bright, I wonder what that is .. there must be a navy aircraft carrier out in the solent. And this light was really bright and large not your usual plane light which we get a lot of near Bournemouth Airport and much lower. I presumed it must be either the a chinook, harrier jump jet or maybe the coastguard helicopter doing a search but it wasn't omitting a beam it looked like the ISS a ball of light. The ball of light then moved horizonatly towards us, and I said oh it must be a jump jet but its weird we can hear it as that's really low! We often get jets about and during the air show they fly very low doing fly bys and you can hear them from miles around before they get close which is then frankly quite scary how loud they are and you can't help but think .. wow that must be terrifying in a war.. quite humbling. But this wasn't shaking the ground as it came towards us and no one was coming out of their houses in reaction to any noise. As it approached it looked more like a space shuttle body but I couldn't see any wings and couldn't 100% make out a tail The light was coming from inside and it looked like the sides of the shuttle were missing as if it was just a frame. And when I say low it was really low flying, lower than light aircraft. I looked online and there wasn't a single report of anything weird. I asked my gf to look on the local rumor control groups on Facebook but nothing. If she wasn't with me I would have put it down to what I was vaping but she was sober. My friend at air traffic control just laughed at me when I said what I saw and couldn't think of an aircraft that it could be. I don't think it was an av22 Osprey but I can't think of what else it could possibly be . We get chinooks fly over fairly frequently as there is Bovington and other bases near by so I know what these sound like. Any ideas welcome
I live around 100 miles from fort Campbell in KY. Late one night my ex-wife and I were standing outside talking after laying down the kids. We both looked up and saw a craft hovering over a tree approximately 300-400 yards away. After about 5 minutes and in the blink of an eye it moved a half a mile or so east. Seconds later it was back over the tree . Next it moved about the same distance left and went straight up into the clouds out of sight. About 5 minutes later we had three chinook helicopters over our head. We got scared and went inside.
Up by Fair Haven Vermont. Me and good friend where driving up on some old logging roads in the mountain just chilling. Talking about life and whatever, wheb we notice a super bright kinda odd colored star off in the distance hoovering over the top of on of the mountains off in the distance. Friend stopped his jeep, we both are like, are you seeing this. Then it zips to the left, maybe covering a mile or so in less than a second, then it shoots back to where we origjnaly saw it. Then we felt something i could never explain. It then shot up into the sky in the blink of a eye. It did zig zag a little be fore shooting off also. The craziest thing ive ever seen. Cant explain it. Seen ball lightning, this wasnt even close, it was as if it was trying to not be seen by us.
I told of my encounter with a light in a park that came from the sky and made a section of trees glow, revealing a Classic Firebird later on leaving the patch of tree which the second witness said went from Firebird to Honda leaving the park. Well I am back to tell you of another STRANGE SIGHTING in that park. Now I mentioned people go to the park for Break Time or to Enjoy the afternoon in that story. This is one of those Enjoy the afternoon stories. This takes place roughly 2009, 2010. My buddy and I decided to hike to the park to toke a bowl and enjoy nature. We got to the park exhausted from the hike from downtown to the park. I was smoking a cigarette while he packed the pipe, and we were just chatting and throwing questions of the our experiences of the strange at each other while sitting under a pavilion. We went from Sasquatch to other crazy critters sighted in our state of Connecticut, such as the Toad Men of the Ct River. We are not far down river from that island that they are usually seen on. Anyways, while he finished packing the pipe, I had wandered out to the grass to enjoy the sun and finish my cigarette while we chatted, he joined me, and asked if I wanted to take the first hit. I passed to let him start it and we continued to pass stories about the things we've encountered as kids and into our teen years before we met each other. After a few passes of the pipe, he begins a Ufo story he experienced. I took a hit, choked my head off, he pauses his story to see if I was ok and then hits it himself, and also chokes his brains out. Now mind you it's like our third or fourth hit each and until that hit neither of us were choking from it. It was in this choking fit of his when the strangeness happens. I was somewhat recovered and had the bowl, just put it to my lips, when he leans back to get a full lung of air and hack up the phlegm. His choking suddenly stopped and I paused in lighting the hit, because he had stopped choking and trying to talk all together. I thought he had passed out, but he wasn't. He was staring straight up with a look of shock on his face. So, curious, I looked up. To my amazement... I saw a Passenger jet, flying sort of backwards, tail first but more at an angle. Like backwards but slightly sideways. The best way I can describe it. Picture a analog clock face, the tail was at the 11'oclock position while the plane was going towards the 12'oclock position. "Do you see that???" He said. "I am not blind bro, I see it." I responded. Now prior to his story starting I was commenting on this video my ex showed me of this Canadian woman who SWEARS up and down there are fake planes in the skies... "It's them fake planes DONTCHA-KNOW" she'd constantly say in her videos, and I being a smart ass would constantly say at random times. I have since stopped saying it after witnessing one. We both were just aw struck, and before we could finish the What the F... the plane stopped, rotated so the nose was forward and continued on it's path. At this point we were just like OK THAT ENOUGH OF THIS PLACE, and we put the pipe away to go finish it under a that we had to go under to get there and back. He recently moved out of town and invited me over a few times. The first time he told me of the few summer nights where he and his 3yr old son have witnessed lights in the day time sky in the back of his house or lights, that are not on the highway behind his house, but in the marshy area between his place and the highway. I haven't seen anything over there yet. But I know its coming, I WILL EVENTUALLY SEE ONE over there, that much I am sure of.
Interesting point on spiritual aspect. Some light phenomena, called ghost lights, are often associated with a particular place. (Ex. the Marfa Lights of Texas, the Hookerman Light of New Jersey, the Paulding Light of Michigan, etc.) These appear similar in nature to more random sightings, but unlike them the lore around ghost lights tends more to the paranormal than extraterrestrial. There are also proposed natural explanations, like burning swamp gas.
Amazing. It’s all so surreal to think these occurrences are so common, but so mysterious. After years of reading about this phenomenon, I’m in a place where I think these things are more than hoaxes, pranks or the like. There’s always the possibility of flying things being mistaken for UFOs when they are actually planes or flares but some of these accounts make those explanations seem daft. Some of the evidence is far too compelling to write off as a smudge on a lens.
I'm currently reading up on historical accounts and I would have to admit, these sightings do appear to be something that has happened throughout recorded history. Very strange and highly compelling
@@WartimeStories They are the angels spoken of in the Bible, and the ‘watchers’ spoken of in the Book of Enoch, an apocryphal book that used to be in the Bible and Torah, but was removed from almost all versions for whatever reason. Only the Ethiopian and Eritrean Orthodox churches include that book in their biblical canon. They also have over 20 other books that have been left out of the Catholic, Greek/russian Orthodox, and Protestant bibles. I highly recommend you read it, it describes in fine detail the 7 heavens and the different classifications of angels/aliens. I believe these ‘aliens’ are different classifications of angels spoken of in the Bible. the Bible also states that angels live ‘amongst the cosmos’, AKA other planets...
@@WartimeStories I very much concure with this view, history speaks volumes in backing this up with accounts from individuals who had no way to explain what they were seeing than their own time period allowed such as Alexander's 'flaming shields' that swooped out of the sky to attack his troops right before a battle or the ancient Indian Vamahna (not sure its spelt that way) flying machines which did battle in their skies and supposedly left evidence of nuclear blasts deep in the jungle as the soil has turned to glass due to extreme heat, only seen at the atomic test sites in Nevada. Even Columbus witnessed lights in the distance over the sea like bright orbs. Even old paintings by the masters sometimes show UFOs within the picture. The book of Enoch was conveniently omitted from the Bible, why? Knowledge is power and those who lead us are frightened by curiosity of the masses which would over throw their mastery of us so instill fear by way of keeping us ignorant to the truth.
Speaking for myself, I'm just happy whenever you put out a video. Grouping or timing release of content by theme is nice, but for the sake of your own sanity, I wouldn't fret too much over it. Sometimes you'll get a lot of commenter stories echoing your subject matter and sometimes you won't. Some viewers might just flat out prefer variety and widely divergent topics in sequential releases. Allow yourself room to experiment and do whatever makes it possible to release as regularly as you can, and I (and probably most people) will be here for it. If you want to categorize and organize your content thematically, you could always make playlists :)
Over 20 years ago me & my mom leaving from columbus, Ohio headed toward tunica, Mississippi… passing through Kentucky. My mom woke me up & said she seen a ufo… I looked & seen a small green light that moved as fast as any plane but it just disappeared after flying over a tree line.
I live in the UK, specifically Essex the neighbouring county to Suffolk where Lakenheath , Mildenhall and Rendlesham Forest are located. One summer night, must have been 4 years ago now, letting the dog out for his nightly constitutional, I happened to look up as the night was moonless, gin clear sky, the stars were pin sharp against the blackness, this bright orange light flashed maybe for a couple of seconds then disappeared. Made me feel uneasy for some reason. It didn't happen again, until last year, and it was in pretty much the same location. I got the impression it was at a very high altitude. Oddly, during the summer of 2020, the weather was amazing, gin clear skies, no aircraft activity due to the lockdown, one day I noticed a bright white light in roughly the same location, very high altitude, it stayed there for hours without moving, every time I checked it was still there, eventually disappearing after I'd say 3 hours. Odd just odd. Around the same time we had a socially distanced gathering with the neighbours. A solitary commercial plane went overhead, and everyone looked up, because we were surprised to see it, but, it had company, a smallish circular, as far as we could tell, object, that was following it in a weaving type pattern. Again odd.
My village is in rajasthan desert in india 🇮🇳 we literally have generations and generations of witnesses of these strange light objects we even have local name for it called 'pariyo ka dola' meaning 'chariot of the fairies' most of the encounters happend pre 2000's cause back then we didn't have electricity so people use to sleep on their house roofs in summer due to heat now a days most people got air conditioning so noe they have stopped sleeping on the roofs so the encounters have kinda lessened too btw the village name is fathepur sikkri

@@osakarose5612 I think they'd study us the way we study monkeys. Or maybe we're just a zoo. "Oh, look what the monkey is doing now!" Lol
We have even used flighttracker to try and see if they pop up on there and nothing
i live in Ely and often see strange stuff. funnily enough it is normally when i let the dog out for a pee at 10pm
@@jodu626 I drop my partner off at work at 10pm in Sutton and driving I always see weird stuff in the sky
I lived on the flight path towards raf honing ton and we spotted loads of weird stuff flying about
Read the book Left at East Gate. Thank me later.
@@randybaumery5090 thanks. im always up for book recommendations
@Wartime Stories , I was surprised that you mentioned/shared my story. Thanks man.
Your art work was on almost point with my story. 👍👍
Another thing I am from Fiji.
However today those UFO sightings are actually quite famous in a town called Bonnybridge, even becoming a local tourist attraction for UFOs
agreed I almost enjoy these more than the "main stories"

Northeast Tennessee here. I go out almost every clear night and watch the sky. Rarely am I disappointed.👍🏼💯
That sounds amazing, especially the description of the underside, holy crap!
Why do fake stories always point out how the author is "a skeptic", "doesnt really believe in X", "is a no-nonsense guy" etc. etc.
I'm not military but love such subject matter, Carry on my good sir.
He whispered "Bill move away from it."
Bill did not, as it moved over to Rodney and sat there.
Whoa.
My sister had stories coming out of w.va .
Lived there 4 yrs.
Loved the amount of England in this episode 🏴
Jacques Vallee links UFO and folklore of old very interesting similarities well worth a look into.
Great stuff as always, thanks for the hard work
Right on, this rocked! Semper
Saw a lot of strange stuff in rural VA myself good Sir!
Love the "smoke pits" - Don't make them shorter. I like to hear what other people experience. I think a lot of us do. It's also really good, to hear your speculations and musings after the fact...
I have had my own experiences, and have my own thoughts on it. But yea, it's fascinating...
I just subscribed to this channel about a week ago, and boy has it been fun and interesting to binge watch all this content, hearing it all for the first time
Well, that was unexpected ! Thanks for including my story !
These episodes are AWESOME!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep em coming! I must say, though, I adore all the videos of this channel!
Thanks to all for sharing. 🙏
I love how good your illustrations are, pretty much exactly how I'd imagine these things if I was reading a book. Thanks!
Loving this channel! Love bedtime stories too but this feels closer to home
Great in it 😊
Thanks for making my weekend awesome Luke!
Ty. Happy Easter Weekend to You and Yours as Well!
But awesome channel 👏 Love the content.
The value of the phrase "that's that" is really underappreciated...
Thank you for the post of the Storys in any case.
Dad was dumbfounded and to break the silence I blurted out:
"Guess the astronauts floored the gas"
Just got home and saw the notification for Smoke Pit stories. Was blown away when my story came up! I'm truly honored that you included it in this episode! Thank you and
SEMPER FI, BROTHER!!
That's awesome 👌 for both of you. Thankyou for your stories!
@@zazugee There's so much we don't understand. Extremely rare phenomena are liable to remain a mystery
this video made remember my UFO experience. 22:23
I was maybe around the age's of 11 to 13 (2019/2021) and this happened in the Netherlands(Province: Drenthe/City: Emmen) me and my mom where in the drive thru of a McDonald's when i looked up while we where waiting in line. so out of boredom i looked up and it was a blue sky with no clouds, when all of a sudden i notice a white Tic-tac shaped "UFO" like the one from the declassified pentagon footage. so i asked my mom if i was seeing stuff when my mom also saw it. you may be thinking that it was just a cloud but after a few minutes it just zoomed off like it was never even there.
Thanks!
*YESSS!* My weekend just got much better 🐱
@18:50 i experienced the exact same UAP around Ohare airport in 2013! i had just graduated high school and couldn't sleep so i sat out on the porch, looking at the sky. because of the light pollution it is hard to see anything and planes would come in for descent right over my head, but this light was high.
i watched it for about 5 minutes as it would "blink" off and reappear in different locations. i remember every detail but eventually lost sight of it behind my house. it's incredible to hear someone else experienced it
Love the episodes man thank you
Well, always kind of nice to get a little shout-out in a video like that. :P
Cigar shaped: large object that did really look like a big cigar.
Thanks for sharing ✨
Every video you put out is a hit. Favorite new channel thank you
Great work Luke, congratulations!
I'm a big fan of the Wartime channel, also been a fan of BTS channel for a couple of years.
Love the stories, makes my drive from work to home very relaxing...
Keep up the excellent work... 😃👏🏻👏🏻
Love all the stories and the direction the channel is going. Thanks Luke for what you're doing!
Enjoy your stories keep em coming!! Stay Safe and love from England!! xx
This is hands down my favorite channel on TH-cam I always get excited to hear more stories
If you are interested, I can put you in touch with her.
I met a veteran navy sailor who was supposed to be assigned to that ship and before that the Eldridge both times he was changed at the last moment
I love the format as is, though I am certainly open to format tweaks. I find your episodes to be part of my regular "relax and unwind" regimen.
I like the smoke pit stories. Personally I could listen to as many of these kinds of things as you could get out. If they involve interactions between various militaries and the paranormal so much the better.
Wartime, Keep this coming fam, love all these vids. Shit is so good, especially when I'm bored as fuck as night lol
The green flash, or emerald flash, is an optical phenomenon seen just before sunrise or just after sunset and lasts only a second or two
Yooooooooooooooooooooooo the Hampton roads story gave me chills i always hoped i imagined that shit
Thanks for the stories brother. Your narration is brilliant. Your voice is music to my ears.
What’s a Merkeba?
I thoroughly enjoy your videos... keep 'em coming.
Look forward to FUTURE EPISODES Thanks
As it approached it looked more like a space shuttle body but I couldn't see any wings and couldn't 100% make out a tail
The light was coming from inside and it looked like the sides of the shuttle were missing as if it was just a frame.
Couldn't hear the aircraft approaching*
Love your channel and especially smoke pit stories. Perfect for those long nights I can’t sleep. Thank you!
Awesome video, great story's everyone. Thanks for sharing.
I like the smoke pit episodes... good variation in content, good curation.
I have video of orbs over Spring Texas. It’s real. But it’s not space aliens. It’s spiritual. The name “Jesus Christ” gives you power over spirits.
We are so here for the smoke pit! Absolutely keep 'em coming! ❤
nice work as always mate.
