We tried the recipe. Made yum laddos and those of who you are asking to add sooji for non stickiness, adding bhura or powdered sugar once the besan is at room temperature will add the crunch automatically so it wont stick to the pallet. We tried making one with sooji and one without everything being constant. Without sooji one also had crunch which was just about enough. So the recipe is just right and loved the laddoo. We are trying to follow more of your recipes.

Just sharing my mom's besan ladoo recipe She firstly kneads soft besan dough and makes puris out of it then we use to crush it to powder , with hands and remaining big piece in grinder in this she adds one string consistency sugar syrup, dryfruits and mix all mixture well together then we shape the ladoos while the mixtuer is hot and the ladoos tastes heavenly delicious

I made the laddu in the ratio of 6:3:1.5 laddus turn to be amazing but it took me 2hrs on the gas and lots of mehnat. But yes mehnat rang layi also one think I think powder sugar will go good my family members told mitha lag nahi raha hai bcz of that But thank you so much for this amazing laddu recipe ❤

I have one tip to avoid the stickness of basen ladu in mouth , just add tablespoon of rava/sooji then it not stick in your mouth 😊
