Ninja Creami Frozen Yogurt: Made 3 Ways

  • Ninja Creami Protein Frozen Yogurt made 3 ways.
    Each frozen yogurt starts with a yogurt base, plus fruit of your choice. Here’s some of my favourite combos:
    Tropical Strawberry: 1/2 cup mixed pineapple, strawberries, and mango
    Triple Berry: 1/2 cup mixed blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries
    Mango: 1/2 cup mango
    Yogurt Base Recipe:
    1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 scoop Vanilla Whey LeanFit protein powder
    1/2 cup fruit, fresh or frozen works
    Mix together milk, protein powder, and yogurt, in a Ninja Creami pint. Add fruit of choice.
    Freeze base 24 hours.
    Spin on smoothie bowl setting. I use the smoothie bowl setting, because the base contains fruit, as well as dairy. It also spins the base, with the least amount of respins.

    Can you skip the protein powder? Can I use only fatty yoghurt (10 %) and skip the milk? Just the yoghurt and some honey and vanilla. I'm not sure yet on what's ok. I don't want to break the machine.😅

      For sure! You can skip the Protien powder, but I’d recommend the milk, as it helps it freeze better. I’ve done just yogurt, honey, and vanilla before though, and it worked just fine. Don’t worry about it breaking the machine, it won’t:)
