So Ive had this model for awhile. Right now I was moving some things around in the area but not really unplugging anything for the unit itself and it started to do that red and green blinking like it did to you. I turned it off then back on and the same. Then I unplugged everything from the unit like you did and it was working back to normal? weird. guess it just freaks out sometimes!
Do these things keep a charge after charging them I charged a newer version then your one for 5+ hours I tested it next day I plug in a tv and a 4k dvd player and I think it drained it in less then 1 hour
The constant tone is the overload warning alarm.

Could you give me an estimate on how long it could power an ion exporer outback 2 bluetooth speaker? It has a 100W power amplifier.
