Simple Trick To Digitize A Template For Hand Engraving

Use this simple trick to make easy and accurate scans of a workpiece. This allows you to test and refine different designs within an accurate template in your favorite drawing app. If you use a camera to digitize your template it would require correction for lens distortion. I prefer using a scanner to digitize and no correction is needed.

I would like to see the full process of scanning it into a ipad,drawing your pattern then the process of sizing it to fit the lighter and printing it. I'm new to engraving and even newer to using a ipad and procreate. Any help would be amazing. Btw,I love your TH-cam videos!
