I didn't Use water to mix my milk, i used already made liquid milk i bought from the supermarket so if you don't have liquid milk then use powder milk, just add 1\2 cup or 1/3 cup of powder milk to 1kg of all purpose flour then use water to mix everything together. Add water to your dough till you get your desire dough but don't forget your dough needs to be a hard dough.thanks

Wow! am sorry about that but for me i think there was a mistake in the measurement of your ingredients that's why your dough was scattering inside your oil, other mistakes can be 1- too much baking powder 2- too much butter 3- maybe your groundnut oil was not hot enough 4- maybe your dough was too soft or you added too much flour. My dear you can do it, please i will encourage you to try it out again, just go to my discretion box, you we see all the amount of ingredient i use there. If 1kg flour is too much for you, you can make half kg, all you have to do is just divide the ingredients of 1kg into 2 and use it for half kg . You have to be careful with your baking powder, butter, they should not be too much, be careful with the quantity of your milk, because your dough have to be a strong dough and may sure your oil is hot enough but not too hot also.
