Hello Ma I just tried this recipe. It was yummy and crunchy. Kindly advise on how long I can keep the chinchin outside the fridge. Thanks and God bless you
I love your recipes....I tried the chin chin recipe...I do not know what went wrong because i make chin chin and it comes out well.....but this one caused my oil to foam and lots of the particles in my oil, also noticed it was not crunchy and I could see the sugar after frying.....I really would like to know why....its not my first time making chin chin
But one thing I saw in this which I think we guys will love to know is that, how many cup measurements is the flower !! Thanks love to hear from you soon
Mixing your flour with long fixed and painted nails is totally wrong as a baker. Watch videos of professional baker or chef working in kitchen, you dont see them with long colored nails. As a cook or baker you need to be mindful of your fingers, your hands cos that is your major working tools
Try and appreciate people’s efforts first and then if you have any corrections, do it in love and gently. Very nice recipe and easy to follow, you can’t take that away from the video.
@@zaramblings7286her nails might be clean no doubt about it but as someone who is handling food on a daily basis you don't need to keep long nails or painted nails for safety purpose and also to make you work fast.
I'm not sure you can stop the oil from foaming as long as you're sprinkling or coating the dough and the work surface with extra flour. I want to believe that's what makes the oil foam.
One thing i so love about your contents is that they're so detailed and quiet educating and moreover generally accepted. Keep it up mama 👍

How do we avoid our oil from getting foamy
that's chin chin for you,the oil will always foam
use soya oil, a deeper frying pan
Dont add too much butter

The nails though???
Beautiful you mean?
What ingredient is causing the oil to foam?
Kaking soda
It's the eggs
