Formulas give us rough idea about normal Blood Pressure range
For 20 months, you can put 1 year age in formulas
As we have references values of BP only for age in years. Not in between 1-2 or 2-3.
Normal Blood Pressure range is 5-90 th percentile.

Ideally BP should be measured in both arms. Normal difference of 10 mmHg of SBP can occur in both arm. Generally10 mmHg of SBP higher in right arm
