My God. This is the best video demonstration on how to use the sphygmomanometer correctly.. . I have stage II diabetes, high BP and over weight. I needed to pass the exam for D.O.T. Physical. I dropped Thirteen lbs, my Blood pressure went from average of 155 to 136. My everyday blood sugars went from 160`s down to 125 - 130.?

Madam. Two ques. 1.when u say place the middle of the cuff on the brachial artery do you mean that the, two rubber pipes are the middle of the cuff or there is any other mark to denote the centre of the cuff?
Ques 2. If the pipes are placed over brachial artery which are on inner side of the arm, why is the diaphgram of sthescope placed on centre of elbow joint instead of inner side of the elbow joint where the pipes were placed?? Plz clear my queries as i am using this machine to measure bp. Thanks in advance
