VSD is a acyanotic CHD while TOF is a cyanotic CHD With large VSD defects, CHF develop early in childhood due to the severe LV overload and severe PAH. The murmur of VSD is typically pan-systolic best heard in the left lower sternal border In TOF-Clinical presentation varies based on the severity of the right ventricular outflow tract obstruction, presenting as cyanosis, hypercyanotic episodes present during infancy
