Excellent. I have been working on stretches and exercises for my painful hip for many years. I do find that static stretches work well for temporary relief. How do you feel, Doctor, about somatic stretching? I actually do both along with swimming and it has taken years, but my tight muscles are much better now with more hip rotation. I still have good and bad days. I sat for 50 years at a desk job and my brain has to relearn how to contract and release all these muscles! I'm 71 and avoiding a hip replacement.

These videos are such an eye-opener. Are the originals in German anywhere to be found on the net?

I follow all of this but am unable to find the sensitive spots close to the groin with the small ball. Does that signify anything?

      Hi Ian,
it's no problem if you can't do the exercise properly at the beginning. Go into this stretching exercise as far as possible and keep practicing everyday! 💪 Your body will make progress and become more flexible so that you're soon be able to put your foot on your knee. 🙏
      All the best,
