Excellent. I have been working on stretches and exercises for my painful hip for many years. I do find that static stretches work well for temporary relief. How do you feel, Doctor, about somatic stretching? I actually do both along with swimming and it has taken years, but my tight muscles are much better now with more hip rotation. I still have good and bad days. I sat for 50 years at a desk job and my brain has to relearn how to contract and release all these muscles! I'm 71 and avoiding a hip replacement.

Should I do this every day
I follow all of this but am unable to find the sensitive spots close to the groin with the small ball. Does that signify anything?
