I have seen plenty of places online in Koreatown for a lot lower than the rent you're paying with the same amount of space you have now..plenty of websites for that..My only guess is that they're charging you higher rent maybe because you have pets...Thanks for the videos!

If you still have your plants, I hope you stopped watering every day! Especially the type you have. And don’t blame yourself for the Fiddle, it’s TOTALLY picky 😂 research on the types of plants you have and their watering and light needs. You CAN have too much light and water for them 😃😃 cute place! I love your money tree as well 💚💚
Thank you! The large money tree has been the only surviving victim of my negligence! The smaller one also seems to be thriving still as well. I did stop watering them everyday and now just add ice cubes to them every 4 days or so? I think you are right! I want plants but didn’t put the effort to do research on them. When I saw them I liked them so I got them lmao thank you for calling me out on that 🥲 but thank you for giving me your feed back!!
@@PriscillaYoshida sure! Some plants can tolerate ice cubes, others will go into shock. Most of your plants could have gone 10-14 days without water. Others, like pothos and snake plants, can completely dry out and are totally forgiving. Watering too often causes root rot. Then there are spath (peace lillies) that are gorgeous and literally droop to tell you to water them and all of them can be in so little light that they thrive in office buildings!
How long ago did you move into this place? I've been looking and K-Town and everything like this is at least $2000 right now :( Edit: Found your building, studios are $2100 now :( :( :(
