I had a terrible experience living in this apartment. Don’t be fooled by the window walls when considering a lease with Tripalink. They don’t even clean the exterior windows. The building was originally an office space converted into residential units, so many of the basic expectations for an apartment fall short. The soundproofing is awful-there’s a hollow metal beam running horizontally through each unit, and you can hear everything, even conversations, from your neighbors. The floors are uneven, and the tiles are poorly fitted, with some sliding around. Dog owners often play fetch in the hallways, and management is unresponsive to complaints. If you’re in the North building, parking is especially inconvenient, as you have to walk from floor to floor to reach the only passageway that connects to the elevator.

I've seen a lot of nice condo buildings but that golf simulator is a nice perk

Does somebody have experience with this company to share?
Yes, I love this building! It’s well managed.
