As someone who is also a born and bred Angeleno, I’m impressed by the size of your place along with its parking, exercise rooms, mega storage, dishwasher, in unit laundry, outside space & 2 closets, one of which is a walk in. $2500 is definitely not a crazy amount for all of that. A steal really. Assuming you’re an art major because you’re clearly quite talented. As a single woman living alone, just keep your security in mind, although your last name has been shared. Glad you covered up what CSU campus you attended. Be well!
you should add a little mirror or a little hanging shelf / key holder on the wall next to your entrance! it will really make use of the space of that wall in that area!
