Get a prime lens first. I recommend the Sigma Trio (16mm ; 30mm ; 56mm). Start with the 56mm for portraits for vlogs or superwide shots get the 16mm (mind you there is a crop of 1.6X So 16mm is around the 24mm mark but don't quote me on that.) Also, get a small rig or any other cage for the camera as its plastic as you know and the metal cage will protect it from scratches and scuffs and it also allows for some insane mounting options as well. But if you plan on upgrading to another canon camera down the line get a EF-M to EF/EFS adapter with autofocus and just get yourself some EF Sigma Tameron/Canon lens that will stay with you even as you upgrade down the line if you so choose. @Leo The Lion yes, I know, I always buy bright cases, for ease of finding quicker. Think of your phone. I even purchased the rubber case for my remotes. However with a camera, it's so delicate.
