The Sith would sow conflict, groom the young and vunerable and turn them against eachother, like what Disney has done to the fan base and franchise. Instilling guilt and doubt in fan's mind, convince them that the force is female, some fans fall and force others in this line of thought, however, many others resist this doubious change in lore. Afterall, the force should not hold bias as it always seeks balance in all things.

When you see the Jedi, an order of Buddhist-style mystics cultivating inner peace to channel kinetic powers, trained to wield extremely dangerous weapons to battle overwhelming odds... whose ultimate downfall came specifically from growing too complacent and permissive of external civilian government, allying too much with them and "going native" among them... being interpreted by the writers of a Star Wars show as "they're just American cops enforcing laws to keep the oppressed down!"... you know they aren't competent enough to operate a pencil, let alone write a Jedi-Sith story.

Also it doesn't help when my mind also thought on how the matriarchal lesbian space witches are portrayed: very tribal, live in caves of an isolated area. By all intents and purposes they should be considered on the same level of a pre-warp civilization is from Star Trek.
Yet they know what a Jedi is, and the Republic?
They are living in caves with no modern tools around them, not even a damn knife. Why are they portraying the Rousseau view of 'man lived a better life when we were hunter-gathers, living in caves and be in constant fear of larger predators' world view?
I already say "F Rousseau" due to him being one of the fathers of modern thought on equality (and the worst one); but are we unironically going to say living like cave people is a better lifestyle in media? During a time when people have comforts like AC during 100°+F weather.

That's the funniest yet saddest thing. OT and PT Jedi were space oriental martial artists with inner peace and channeling energy and focus, complete with a not-Shaolin temple. And as if to further underline this, PT Jedi's demise came from growing too lax and going native in the Republic by allying with them directly, while forgetting what their tenets truly stood for and losing themselves to pride.
Meanwhile Disney Wars Jedi are just a space police force with magic training.

@@IndyDefense Are you serious? Jedi are supposed to be enlightened beings(Djed-eye). They are masters of themselves.
Luke could not have been a Jedi AND a depressed loser. That would be traveling down the dark path.
But the writer also confused the dark and the light path by putting Rey on the easy path and Kylo being disciplined for his entire life. This is the inverse of what Yoda said in ESB.
Rey would have been powerless without any training due to the prior-established lore. They didn't care and made Rey a master of mystical techniques by "being born that way." The same thing with Broom Boy just using telekinesis at the end. Just born with ability=privileged. It's some "participation-trophy"-version of the force where nothing is earned.
Djed-eye are not a Lucas concept. Disney just wanted to make Jedi into losers so they pretend to have gotten things confused.
See, one can't become a Jedi "master" and then fall into depression. They had to change what a jedi was in order to portray emotional losers who could be your neighbor.

  • @Qardo
    @Qardo 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

Just to inform. The Knights Templar were not only a religious order of Knights that served the Church. They were also Guards. They protected the trade routes across Europe and into the "Holy Land". They protected the caravans that hauled gold and other metals around. This was one reason the Templars became wealthy as an Order. It is due to a lot of these Banking Families would hire them to defend their interests. And this is also a reason why the Church got so jealous of the Templars. Cause the The Order had all this wealth but did nothing with it. So it took a French Pope and a French King to pretty much label the Knight Templars as heretics and that is what destroyed the Order. All because the Church wanted the Templar Wealth. Not due to any religious reasons. Ironically, that Pope and King died six months later. After being cursed by the last Templar they executed.
And it is sad that not all the wealth was ever found the Templar Order held. It is still hidden away.
So back around to the Jedi being guards. Not that unlikely. Even more so when you have that many. Also, taking a "religious" leader and a "King" to overthrow the Jedi Order. Yeah. You can see the parallels made. The Jedi Order's downfall was modeled after the Templar's downfall. Just a bit of creative liberty with the whole "Order 66" thing.

I wasn’t disappointed in the jedi in the prequels, for me it all just made scenes to me that they would act the way they did. The Jedi were still an impressive group whose ways were known mostly to them and them alone, they were ambassadors, warrior monks, police and eventually generals…not great generals but generals still. And when you look at the size of the known galaxy their numbers were small. But that’s just me.
Oh, and screw the squeal trilogy!!!

Being a Jedi is predominantly a male fantasy and that's why most SW fans men and boys. And, since KK is hell bent of making SW a female brand, it's just logical for her to try and disgrace the image of Jedi so that male fans no longer held Jedi as the "Hero" and replace it girl bosses as the focal point of SW story. AND, her strategy is working as more and more men leaving the franchise but she didn't expect that along the men leaving, women are leaving too. All of the activists never considered the fact that most men and women have the same idea regarding hero i.e most heroes tend to be men and women love masculine and manly heroes! So by making SW female brand, she made it a brand that no one wants! Men don't want it and women don't want it too!🤷‍♂️🤡
