- Pasta bake - the Italian way. This recipe is ideal for using up any left overs from the fridge, not only is it such a great idea for lowering food waste but, it's sooo delicious! You'll be shouting "WHY AM I COOKING SO GOOD!" before you know it!

@@luisv007 I'm not gonna argue with an Italian (no offense) about their recipe, in fact I loved some of the recipe too because it is just simply delicious but you did not have to dislike the video. It's just a misguided recipe that means no harm to the world but only to the origin of the recipe itself. So I think this is all just a misunderstanding between both sides really. Peace and Love for your mom too
Cooking is about creativity. It is about trying new things. Especially in this times. If you reject other versions of “your original way” you’re just being stubborn and close minded. Sorry but I know so many people from around the world and only Italians are so stubborn when it’s about their food. No offense of course but it’s just what I have experienced.
But this is our society. “Wait this is wrong. I only know this way so this is the only right way. I’m gonna dislike this video”. Sad but true.

Love it, Gennaro you are such a joy to watch but you make me travel sick for Italy as we can't travel yet. My family originally came from Cassino, I was taught to cook by my grandmother who started me off when I was very young, I have never stopped, I'm nearly 66 now, but it is so easy to bring Italy into our kitchens, simple ingredients cooked with love.

Pasta al forno is one of the most italian traditional sunday family recepe. South of Italy loves pasta al forno more than lasagna. The secret is to cook it crispy or like we say Abbruscata

Gennaro, very nice recipe & looks delicious. That is the pasta i like with my calamari, especially with the body cut in rings, i know it is not tradition, but i like the texture( not baked), just the normal way you would cook calamari, pasta, & sauce, & God bless everyone & stay safe
