I've Never seen a panhard bar before in that kind of lift, does it help you to have a better ride? I SAS my 93 S10 blazer and I have some trouble when I pass through street holes, do you recomend it? Thank You For your time and congratulations, your truck is awesome!
Can you tell me what year f-150 axle came from? And I assume you swapped the knuckles to accept a gm six lug, what did they come off of? And the leaf springs?
Awesome video man you pretty much summed it up for me I have a 97 I want to this so bad I'm tired of taring boots on the stupid ifs I just don't know if I have the money what kinda price am I looking at ?
Im glad it helped out. Price wise it can vary big time just by what your going for & if your doing the work yourself. A rough estimate on my truck, id say it has around 5k or more.
+505bose damn that's not bad at all I was thinking you had maybe 10k or more cause it looks insane. Thanks man helps a lot one last thing in the vid you pretty much said "tell me what you guys wanna see" would love to see what your truck can do off-road
What type of passenger side knuckle is on there? Is it stock or some other part needed to be purchased. I did a straight axle swap on my 92 Dakota and the steering is the only thing keeping it off the road.
Maybe it's just camera angles but it looks like you have too much caster unless you've cut the axles and rotated your pinion up. That can really cause wondering and bump steer. Either way very nice truck!
Di have a 05 tahoe. 6 inch RC lift. Plus a 3 inch level kit. Having issues with my cv axles angles. Do you have any tips or tricks to correct this? Would longer cv axles work??
Beautiful job and truck.. I have a 97 identical to yours and I want to do the SAS to it. Where did you purchase the kit from if you don't mind me asking? Thank you for your time in advance..

Do you still kept the same transfer case? What brake rotors and calipers are you using?
That's a bad ass truck bro... awesome..
How did you handle the ABS sensors? Also how did you end up doing the on the fly push button 4x4 if it was equiped?
This truck only had rear ABS if I remember correctly I know mine does
Use a ford front axle that way shaft is on the left side like 05 super duty
Who built it? Did you do it? Veryy clean btw!
Love that leaf spring kit
@Kaiden Graham my 97 Sierra 1500 single cab is a 2wd 5spd. Can the leaf lift kit work with that or another setup?

What type of passenger side knuckle is on there? Is it stock or some other part needed to be purchased. I did a straight axle swap on my 92 Dakota and the steering is the only thing keeping it off the road.
It has cross oversteering
505BOSE what model are your front leaf springs and how do they ride?
Im building a Chevy Cummins. Looking for simpler ways to manage my suspension and lift. I'm also from the 505.
I need to do this to mine. Front ends on these trucks are junk.
Where did u get that steering knuckle at ???

thanks man
How do you convert the driver side pumpkin

Di have a 05 tahoe. 6 inch RC lift. Plus a 3 inch level kit. Having issues with my cv axles angles. Do you have any tips or tricks to correct this? Would longer cv axles work??

Longer control arms would also help
Pictures
is the gear box stock is there just a drop pitman turned 180
How much did this cost? And how big of lift is that?
👍👍👍
should run a long hose from the vent tube to the top of the firewall. having that stub will allow water to enter the axle housing.
How much for these leaf spring kits?
I. Like wha6 you doin that truck .but my. Question is if work is possible to do it on toyota6 tundra 2006? Please let know
How much u paid for this conversion

Killah Truck my bruddah. Where are you located?
Think i seen this truck in either santa fe or espanola???
what year range is that axle and how tall over stock is that lifted up front
Its a late 70s axle. The front has 6 inch springs and the bracket kit drops down 3 inches over stock putting it around 9 suspension.
What size of rim and tires
Did the axle come with the kit?
Prob not need to buy the kit, if they did, bet they were expensive af
Size springs ?
what brand shocks did you go with?
Rancho rs9000
what yr is that axle?
78 era f250 8 lug Dana 44 high pinion
Bad ass truck
i love them trucks I used a 78 ford bronco front rear and coil springs for a better ride on my 98 k1500
Nice, coils probably ride smooth huh.
