Are Vietnam veterans included in the package, regarding Agent Orange? I am also a Gulf veteran during the Iraq invasion of Kuwait. I am 100%, but not for any of the conditions mentioned on the pack, like hypertension which I am in a watch program. I submitted the questionnaire, and I was called and examined by a VA doctor. I was only told that my primary doctor would follow up. I filed papers for the presumptive conditions about 6 or 7 months ago, and I have not received any information.
Terrell. Did I see your name on the San Antonio Law suit , over defrauding veterans under VACI ? I was just reading it, for the Jury Trial dates, and I think I recognize your name ?
How about those who suffer the same conditions as Gulf War 1990, served in the area of operations but served from 1987-1988 (USN)? Who do we contact? How can we affect a change in dates to include us??

This is how they rate it and get around it. A higher evaluation of 10 percent is not warranted for hypertensive vascular disease unless the evidence shows: • A history of diastolic pressure predominantly 100 or more and there is a requirement for continuous medication for control; or, • Diastolic pressure predominantly 100 or more; or, • Systolic pressure predominantly 160 or more. (38 CFR 4.104) So if controlled by meds those numbers are never substantiated, so 0%
Haven't you read Project 2025? The incoming administration intends to reduce disability and other benefits for veterans. Trump isn't going to help you - not even if you have bone spurs.

VA acknowledged my claim that I was exposed to Agent Orange but gave me 0% on Hypertension. This is strange, especially for the PACT ACT.
