Think the Gundogan being a sub dialogue is a little silly because he starts for 18 other premier league teams minimum, and possibly for Liverpool as well. Not starting for City does not disqualify you from being top 10 when City’s two premier starters are both top 3 in the position in the league.

@@Itsthecreative these aren’t equivalent arguments. Gundogan is a sub for City behind the two best CMs in the league (according to the list). He could literally be third best in the league and still not start for City because there’s two guys better than him. Jesus isnt behind any elite players so him being on the bench is more of an indicator than it is with Gundogan.
Although Jesus will probably be a top 5 striker in the league this season so I don’t get your point either way.

Only thing I can think of is that maybe their positions on certain websites he might use, have them as midfielders.
Kinda like how fantasy football has Salah, Mahrez etc, down as midfielders aswell

People are over complicating Rory. He mentally classifies wide-midfields as in the same category as normal midfielders. Both are in the midfield. He simply over thought the question. Rm and Lm are technically midfields players, but not what this list is for.

We're less than 15 minutes in, and for the MIDFIELDER list, Rory has selected Mahrez & Sterling, but not chosen Foden because he's not seen as a midfielder. This is the type of shit take shithousery that I love.

Honestly I’d say mbappe is a step better than Haaland. He has no skills other than finishing and pace. Mbappe can at least get around multiple defenders and create as well. He’s gotten less greedy these past 2 years. Haaland needs services from crosses and stuff. Replace Mbappe for Haaland and guarantee they would of beat Liverpool this past Saturday.
@@juanmoreno8343 he isnt suited to a pep system whereas mbappe is handcrafted to be a pep player. Give haaland time to adapt and then talk about whether he is good or bad. Put haaland in liverpool, they'd genuinely be getting 50 goals each from salah and haaland.

as an Arsenal & Benfica fan Ruben Neves is leagues above Xhaka come on now... Neves is a 6 tho he can play the 8 but hes a 6. I think united are better off getting Neves over Dejong too 20mil less for someone who is already proven in the Premier League.

Ok let me say a few things on De Bruyne here when it comes to the big game player thing. "In big games he hides"... scores in both games against Liverpool last season home and away are those not big games? What about his winner against Chelsea at the Etihad? 2 goals and 1 assists in the derby vs United? His winner vs Atletico Madrid in the Champions League quarterfinals which turned out to be the only goal scored in both legs? Everybody wants to talk about his sub paar performance against Real in the 2nd leg... so we gonna ignore his goal and assist in the 1st leg? And of course last but not least, his assist to Gundogans winner against Villa on the final day of the season to win us the League... that's all last season by the way. Kevin De Bruyne has been amazing for us in big games.
Bissouma and JWP should’ve been on this list ahead of players like Maddison and Xakha

Mount is better than Foden stats even back it up, it’s just popular to hate on him. Imagine getting slewed for scoring against teams, he’s scored against Liverpool, United, Real Madrid so has done it against big teams
Na Foden is much better player than Mount is.. Foden is unlucky because he is that good technically and can play many positions he often gets played out of position... Foden is much better technical it's the positioning pep puts him in that hinder his performance specially last season

If any of you actually watched chelsea last season you’d know how much we overplayed Kante because of injuries, if we give him time to recover then he’s world class again, just wait this season
