DeWalt 2-AMP Battery Charger/Maintainer (DXAEC2)

In this video I will show you the initial voltage before charging and after. I charged this battery first for 24 hours and the light didn't light up to say it was charged. How do I know if my battery charger is charging ?? Do you plug it at home?

If you have a volt meter you can check by taking off the charger and checking if the voltage has increases from your initial reading
