This Saranu Saranu surendra Sannuta great compose by Sage Annamacharya is one of the songs in Sampradhaya Bhajan of Tamilnadu Bhajan harikatha exponent teachers. This song was taught in our Dhanur Masya Bhajans in my childhood. This song is sung in Arabhi Raga and some of the lyrics is changed to fit bhajan tempo also. Every Bhajan event starts with the set of 7 songs and one of these songs is Saranu Saranu Surendran sannuta. Incidentally one Telugu movie adopted this kruti into a cini version and that also in Arabhi ragha by K V Mahadevan sir.
