@@crisoclock thank you. If I connect with phone, I have to keep location and Bluetooth on so that watch gets connected to get the accurate time. Right brother?
That’s right. Well it will connect automatically to your phone 4 times per day. It will only “ask” the phone for the Bluetooth connection when it connects to it - not full time (for obvious battery consumption reasons) Cheers
EL backlight has a half-life. It starts decaying immediately after manufacture and will be at half brightness before too long and then dead soon after. Since this is supposed to be a "tough" watch, the LED technology which lasts longer is preferable. Also, EL backlights require a step up converter to reach the higher voltage needed so they drain battery MUCH faster than LED. The LEDs of today, are far superior to any you might have encountered in the 70s.

What is RCVD written just below the display left side?
It means it received the latest signal from your phone via Bluetooth 👍🏼
@@crisoclock thank you. If I connect with phone, I have to keep location and Bluetooth on so that watch gets connected to get the accurate time. Right brother?
That’s right. Well it will connect automatically to your phone 4 times per day. It will only “ask” the phone for the Bluetooth connection when it connects to it - not full time (for obvious battery consumption reasons)
Cheers
@@crisoclock got it. Thank you 💕

😂😂😉
Bro i want this watch in second hand, can you sell me your watch. I am requesting you
Sorry man - love it too much 😁
@@crisoclock 😅 it's ok
Why the hell did they stop doing the back glow lcd and start using damn 1970s lighting??????
No idea! But I must say am liking it 😏
EL backlight has a half-life.
