These are remarkable dogs. We used to have one as a watch dog at my father's industrial estate. He wasn't even trained but he had a natural instinct for guarding territory. Two people on separate occasions had to be taken to hospital because they entered the gated estate without an attendant. He didn't attack them face to face, he sneaked around them from a fair distance, and attacked from behind. He was clever and efficient. But whenever I visited him - I was 11 back then - he turned into the cutest most innocent and playful pet dog you can imagine and I had ABSOLUTELY NO FEAR being around him. It's a shame we had to give him away. I wish I'll have a dog like him one day.
I grew up with 4 Kuvasz'es. I'm 13 years old now and just lost the last one we had left😭 It is such a nice and protecting dog❤ I'm from Denmark and here there is only about 7-10 Kuvasz'es IN TOTAL🐕 If anyone know how big/small Denmark is you won't believe it. I would totally recommend the breed, if you are known of it👌🐶🐶
Cool to see. Almost 30 years old. It's pretty interesting how the dogs have "evolved" in that 30 years. I think, to a certain extent for the better lookswise. However, one can't tell superficially if the breed has improved in terms of heath and temperament. My first Kuvasz was born in 1995, had a whole bunch of flaws but we didn't care. He was my hero! Made me love this breed entirely. Got to enjoy him for 15 years but the damned DM took him.
I love the Kuvasz dog breed having an amazimg experince with one a female in the past, she was loyal to and protective of me, I would love to have the experince agian with a male kuvasz when I get the space for one.

Americans can't pronounce kuvasz (I am hungarian so I know)
