Always love your videos, Sir! Even though I am NOT a Series Two guy (I love Series Three) I handled a 4 inch Series Two today and I could not resist it. I can't wait to get it to the range.
Had one just like it. I used to shoot match sticks off of a fence post at 10 yards with mine. Like a fool, I traded mine sometime later. Now have a S&W model 43 to replace it. Both are nice guns.😊
If I remember right, before I made this video I was shooting a snub nose 38 revolver and I didn`t move the targets out any farther between videos. So the range was pretty close like about 15 yards. So, if I could hit them with a snubby 38 it`s no trick at all to hit the same targets with this gun. I don`t show the steel targets in the camera frame anymore like I used to because at one point the TH-cam/Google Goons were demonetizing my videos claiming that shooting steel targets was promoting unsafe acts or some such nonsense. Which basically boils down to the fact that they try to suppress anything that is not politically correct.
The 6 Inch I used to shoot was from 75 I believe. Good precise gun. A good gun for s beginner, just remember too hold it right ,so you don't get hurt by the Slide, have seen some injury caused by that. The ammo is still cheap, but the price is going up
The best 22 lr pistol i have tried is the S&W m41,not saying this is a bad gun, this is a precise and fine gun. I use Aguila super extra in this.. never had a problem 30 Dkr (4,34 USD) a box.
@@1957Shep if you got a m41 you don't need any others. There is nice to have and need too have. It's a bit expensive, but worth the money. Have seen a used target champion m41 yesterday, and have thought about trade in for it. Here it's not allowed to have more than 2 off each caliber whiteout filling out a special form it's like " you all ready have two why do need one more and for what?" So you have to justify why an for what you need it. I have bought a colt diamondback new unfired, and I have a Browning Buckmark..

Sounds great!

That`s why I never sell or trade anymore. Always end up regretting it.
Nice! You're a real dead eye with that one sounded like you were shooting 100% 😁☕👍

Price of everything is going up.
@@1957Shep something more than other's.
Just picked up my first match target. Looks brand new. Excited to try it out
Hope you enjoy it!
Man that’s a beautiful little pistol!
Thanks
The idea with that grip angle is to give less muzzle rise during recoil. And some think it points better. But I too prefer a more 1911 style angle.
Just personal preference. And most of that is just what a particular person might be more used to using.
Hits the target Hard , beautiful Pistol
Thanks
