    Same thing happened with me. I filed case into consumer forum. I got my money i.e 1.6 lakhs back from loadh.

    i have seen many flats of many builders in Thane, as I had apprehensions about Lodha due to such videos. I then personally observed that Lodha properties have about 5000+ flats in one project, so i think some people may have faced issues specific to themselves, just like there is manufacturing defects in 1% of any product manufactured. In fact in my personal research for the Thane properties that I saw, I found that Lodha builds amenities like swimming pool, gym, playhouse and gardens beforehand so we can gauge and decide on our decision to buy the flat better as compared to other builders who promise to build amenities later(which they may or may not fulfil) after delivering the last building and in those interim years the kids have grown up.

    First of All those who are cheated should come together and file complain in rera and in police against loda...all see Nitin Nandgaonkar at shivsena bhavan. I have seen PPL meeting him for such cases.

    If u had reallotment letter,u could have tried to resell it to another buyer.
    These companies allow transfer to another buyer,mainly.

    Same situation in Puraniks Unicorn Thane Project. They took my 1 Lac and not refunding. I cancelled booking. At the time of booking they say something else and after booking they changes there statements. If customer do not pay any money for there demand then they forfeit there money as well as there flat. Do not go in trap of these builders. They have taken money for flat which is not constructed yet. Do not book if you have any chances to cancel booking. They do not refund any rupee.

    Kunal Ji am sorry to say that but there is much more difference between verbal commitment and written commitment. If signed on allotment letter and you agreed on terms and conditions of builder, then you are in far bad condition than you think. Signing blindly will always lead to such kind of problem. It is your mistake. Now consider that u r a seller and someone came and block your inventory temporarily and later on say I don't want to buy so you loose your potential customers for that Inventory which is being blocked by you. Hence each day someone will come and book all your inventory and later say that he is not interested. So builder will not be able to find potential customers rather casual customers would make him fool.

      @@srajesh008 yes, it is your commitment to pay to builder, and due this he reserved an inventory in your name which otherwise could have been sold to some other potential buyer who could have arranged the funds. Arranging funds is buyer's responsibility once he has signed some contract.

    Jb lodha me flat book krte h tab sare trurm and conditions read nhi kia tha kya .. usme likha hota h ki agar aap apni galti se booking flat ko lene se mna krte h or refund mangte h to aisa ni hoga..mtlb nhi kiuki agr kisi vajah se lodha ki glti hogi agr lone pas nhi ho ra ya kuch or problem jo lodha se hui h tb hi wo log refund denge.ok aapko phle apne gav ki jameen bechni thi tbhi is new property me hath lagana tha ..glti to aapki hi h ...

    I was recently fooled by Upper Thane sales team. Sales Annexure given by Lodha but registration done on some other builder name citing as Lodha subsidiary and now my bank discovered the given flat was already sold a year back to someone so it’s resale and not a new inventory as misguided by Lodha sales … Now my initial deposit is stuck and bank not doing agreed disbursement .

      It's no fraud. I dont like Lodha but I won't say their wrong when they are correct.
      There are high chances the guy will not get his money. People should not be investing in flats unless they are going to get the loan or have the money to buy a flat.
      Just calling Lodha a fraud because you can't pay is not correct.
      The exact same happens in credit cards cases. People use the card on purchases then loose their job and then dont pay the credit card companies and then say that credit card companies are fraud.
      Its simple if your not sure about buying a house then dont buy it.

    You made mistake.. Its your wrong decision.. Whatever you quoting of RERA is incorrect... Builder can forfeit amount.. If you are right.. You would have gone to RERA or court.. Since u know you are wrong.. You are creating pressure with TH-cam videos and not taking legal action...

All Kholapur land sale n all are excuses.. Nobody buys flat basis.. Future transactions.. People first sell there land.. Get cash in hand then book new property..
