- i have seen many negative videos coming up from channels like Krishnaraj roa and other. But no one told how to solve and did lodha solve it.
So here is the video which will tell you, what are the issues you should look at after taking possession.

Very informative video based on true facts. I’m resident of Lodha UT, after shifting here I come to know they are providing worst services in resolving problem they just say “services are up to 30days of possession only”. Within fee days after shifting I found hollow space (sound) below tiles, gap between tiles or misalignment, one AC gas leakage 2-3 times, exhaust fan ceased after few days in use, yellowish water supply in flush, thin layer cracks on wall, from which they repair AC leakage which also took around a month and reminding them again and again for that. In short they are like elephant…. jinke dikhane ke daant aur hai and khane ke daant alag.

Late due to covid time
At the time of sales when we purchasing their flat in jogeshwari we were told that we will get possession in November but they delayed it by 6 months. My grandmother has purchased the flat because she felt that the date which they gave of 15th nov was genuine but no they lie. Please don't trust them for possession dates. Time and time again we asked they said dec, jan then feb then march then april then now end of may! Their customer care team is also not cooperative. Purchase ready possession flats only.

I dont see the difference. I have seen 1.5 BHK and 2 BHK too.. They all are same.
People reacts because they have seen the sample flat which looks spacious because of the interior. Everyone need to re-think on that. I hope this help. Also its a nice topic to cover because many individuals have seen asking this questions. :)

What about the bus services.. i heard that there is only one bus available in the township, and for thane station there is non ac bus available or not?
Ok, For internal their is one bus which roams all units in every 15 mintues. Which will take you out and will take you in from the gate.
Other is Mylo bus, Mylo bus services has some fixed timings from Upper thane > Majiwada > Thane Station and then backwards.
They have some limited bus but in working hours. So that is manageable.
But the fact is there are many problem and defects is many flats who got possession. Also the material they have used is cheap quality. like toilet commode, water tap , paint etc. Also the HPM team is denying to resolve those issue by giving lame reply that the your guarantee period is now over and they can't do anything now which is very disappointing . HPM team is derives public dhulai which I got feedback from other Lodha UT residents. They are very rude and they do not have any sense how to talk.
I agree with some of the points. As i did interior work. So mostly changed everything :)
File a rera complaint because as per rera any quality issues regarding your aparment the builder has to solve it.

Yes, raise complaint to Lodha and tell them "Kaisa AC bithaya hia.?" 1 month ke baad bhi chal nahi raha hia.. :D

Hey thanks for your informative videos. It surely helps us prepare prior to our possession date. My question this time is that it is rumoured that the size of Lodha flats seem to be smaller than the sample flat or the size mentioned on paper. Do you have any such experience?

I think its important to hire a home expert or an architect to check whether there is a carpet deficit or not....
@@kshitijm9 i agree.. lodha also give your cad file of your flat so your interior designer can design changes as per that.. so you can ask your designer about the size of flat.

30 days max.. you can negotiate for 15 days. 😊

No i didn't, but currently their are limited options for internet provider..
