Have seen this tool in the KTM manuals, but never in real use. Amazing how a little heat can turn a “impossible” task in to something so easy. With such a simple tool. 👌 Even if it more or let’s obvious how it’s made, a video or some guidelines to critical dimensions would be very helpful and interesting.

Nice work. Nice tool. Will definitely be making some tooling like yours. I really like your chanel also. I've been rebuilding engine for 10 years now, and I can really enjoy your content. Great work dude, respect.
Lovely device. I wonder if a similar tool would work on steering stem bearings? I think it would want to be steel due to the smaller contact area. Am I correct in understanding that you heat the tool and pause on the bearing before pulling to gain some expansion?
One problem, if the size of the bearing is just bigger or whatever just like happened to paul x on the video you have to "destroy" the bearing in order tobe able to fit the tool and even then it better fits exactly on point or youre basically screwed.

KTM has it as the service tool.
