Recognising you are at that stage is the first step, so thank you for sharing that. Make sure you have at least one person who you can turn to and just allow you to let it all out. They may surprise you and be really supportive and help you along your journey in self-care. Don't forget there is professional health out there and groups on Facebook that will allow you to talk to others who are or have been where you are and can help you along the way.
