RAGHAV... I have been met him many times .. He started his journey with ( I D C ) idli dosa coffee.... I was shock knowing he is the owner of RAMESHWARAM CAFE... RAGHAV is an wonderful person, and humble and kind while talking with everyone..
This cafe / restaurant is very much hyped. The Udupi restaurants are tastier than this. Only North Indians go to this Rameswaram cafe because they don't know the real taste of South cuisine.
the restaurant is very clean, has a good POS but hope they have more than 1, different people have different taste, there can always be debate on who has the best DOSA in Bengaluru etc, now perhaps you are right, that only North Indians go there, could be for many reasons, that "North Indians" earn a lot more money than "South Indians" so why not splurge it in something classy & hygienic where they can hang out with friends rather than be in "south Indian" restaurant that can accomodate just 12 people & you and your friends have to wait for 30 minutes to be served? Or simply that "North Indians" when in Bengaluru, consider hygiene more important than actual taste? Or they simply go because every "North Indians" are fan of Shri RAM & Shiva, so what better restaurant than RAMESHWARAM? Of course there are even street dosa that cna have wonderful taste, in Mumbai we now have Chinese dosa also (Chinese ambassador in India requested Home ministry to ban that abomination, so did most politicians for various reasons) Its very shameful that you have the stupidity of calling "North Indians" etc simply because that the people who have top jobs in Bengaluru are well educated than the locals & get better jobs, your own top talented locals went to USA which you are proud of, first get back your locals from USA, then start this "North Indians" tirade.
Not only delhi, even among the 4 southern states, Karnataka ans b'lore in particular has the best dose. Shifting to Bengaluru for dose is a wise decision. 😊
This place is simply blown out of proportion by the youtubers and the owner of the restaurant is enjoying the benefits. This is just like any other restaurants in Bangalore the only difference is he is changing three to four times more than the other restaurants for a couple of spoons of ghee and making huge profit.
Everything including open kitchen, quality, price and the taste, looks very attractive and may be true. But what's the use of paying Rs.120/- for a masala dosa and don't have a chair to sit, eat and relax. People stand in the line pay, walk and find a table or find a place outside to stand like (you name it). Have you seen any older people? If you mean to say, it's OK, that's sad.
WE DEFINITELY NEED MORE "QSR" LIKE THIS. PLACES LIKE THIS WILL MAKE MD AND DOMINOS RUN FOR THEIR MONEY. CONGRATULATIONS AND BEST OF LUCK TO THE YOUNG FOUNDERS.
To each his own. There are plenty of people who like other cuisines, so there no running anywhere. The place is not even innovative in the dishes it serves. Kitchen tours and general cleanliness was the hall mark of Mavalli Tiffin Rooms a hundred years ago but, alas, never copied by other restaurants.
@@sowmitriswamy6718 I agree. In Mumbai, there is no food loyalty. All types of cuisine are loved here, so much so that a typical Maharashtrian food is somewhere in the back seat..
I can see vision in his eyes can open hundreds of store across India n can beat these american brands soon n happy to see that any Indian cafe starts with national anthem which is quite impressing n happy to see everything is good but idk why use jharoo for dosa making except this everything is nice n hygienic i think every Indian guy should hv to visit there once in a lifetime n encourage that hritik roshan luking owner
Bangalore mein sadak mein bhet k khaanay ko cool maana jaata hai 😂 Aur khaana rastay mein rakkhay k khaana Bina plate ka toh mahakcool maana jaata hai 😂
Can someone pl guide me on authentic South Indian food outlet in Delhi/NCR? I'm not talking about Dosa, Idli, Uttapam etc. but dal, sabzi etc. served on a banana leaf. Something like served in many South Indian weddings. I've been craving for it since like ages. 😋
Same as hotel Saravana bhavan with standing tables in Chennai way back in 2000’s but unfortunately they moved to restaurant style expensive food later and owners changed..now not that great

There is a huge demand for South Indian food, in South itslef. Similarly one can try affordable, high quality north Indian dishes in north. Replacing fake food gaints
Divya ( Raghav s wife) looks like a tamilian to me. The items provided here is normally available extremely delicious in every Tamilnadu hotel, they're capitalising the same in Bangalore... Extra ghee s and cleanliness and freshness and visibility is definitely an additional effort which is providing very good returns to them....
Day starts with national anthem Touched my heart ❤
Such a Humble Owner
NATIONALITY, humility , down to earth with great food
Definitely gonna visit this
Ohh you still didn't visit😁😁

thats not a jhaaru for cleaning the floor haha. Its made specifically for cleaning the griddle surface and not for anything else :)
Taste wise 😍😍😍😍I have became fan of this restaurant but bit heavy priced 125 rs Dosa
Just for the India National Anthem - I would prefer this restaurant for my family dinning!! Jai Hind!! Food Looks amazing!!

🚀 I tried those crash games you mentioned. They’re definitely a rush. Think you’ll stick with them
I believe you may have plans to expand sooner or later and Chennai would be your one among options.
Love your way of doing.

You need to find a S. Indian restaurant, preferably Udipi, that specializes in lunch. Google for one near you.
Naivaidam in Patel Nagar. Also Sarvana Bhavan in Cannougt place.
Visit new Tamil Nadu Bhavan in Chanykapuri.
@@hashKPSC Thanks mate
Sagar Ratna is from South India. But haven't been there, so not sure about taste authenticity

Rs 120 for a Dosa is not normal in Bengaluru. You get better Dosa for half the price in the same hygienic way much more tastier from a long time back

Too expensive....Dosa cost you from 90-130...Idlis 70😂😂...To be honest its a luxury category restaurant.

But I see the other way around, he doesn’t seem humble and more like arrogant
Delhi me bhi kholo bhai
In south India we get egg dosa for rs20 and a mini Biryani at rs 130 120rs for dosa Govinda govinda
Best part was national anthem and hygiene

I saw Divya wearing an Iyengar-style mangal sutra, it must mean she's probably a Tamilian from Bengaluru. Hence the connection.
