Palm oil ko ditch kr skte hain ye..I have stopped buying them and will buy only after checking at the back of packets..some namkeens also use cottonseed oil..for which I appreciate these companies.
Edit: we should see serving size in back of packets in nutrition chart..and consume accordingly..just eat less amount..and you will be fine
