Taaza Thindi operates in a far better way...in terms of hygiene, taste and.price. It has been months since I ate there still, the taste of chutney still lingers in my tongue. Taaza Thindi is one of the very best restaurants in Bangalore on par with Brahmins Coffee Bar, CTR and Vidyarthi Bhavan.

Coz of the palm oil / dalda they pass off as ghee & people just don't realise the difference . They are over rated & most of the food is really average

This is among the most inappropriate cases to take business lessons from. What kinda ridiculous business learning is it to just pick up some profit making venture and assume it's a good study without knowing the complete profile of the industry it is part of & seeing it in isolation. Would anyone look at a shoe brand without knowing the whole shoe industry it is part of and the competition?
Rameshwaram cafe hasn't done one single bit special for it to warrant a study. They copied the stand & eat QSR format of Bangalore and have a very local menu, so what's special and what gives?
What gives is nothing but it started in the East side of Bangalore absolutely not known for South Indian food historically. All of their menu and much more is available in the West side for decades. And available in villages and small towns for decades. So they just put up their standee QSR in Indiranagar where no good food was available and instantly the non local crowd not familiar with the regional food went ga ga and being a social media hipster crowd made it viral with ridiculous claims. While the local crowd is still wondering what's the fuss about! So biggest lesson is not about good content or product just have a social media blitz irrespective of how nonsensical the claims maybe, it'll be a success. In this case nobody even bothered to check with the authentic crowd about product standard or was there any ground research and wild conclusions are thrown about. So every business success isn't about any big learning but also the usual smart faking that happens ...

I find all food / restaurant reviews are generally done by those who don't get such items at their homes. Not having any benchmark for native , ethnic recipes they drool over such menus indiscriminately and mislead viewers .There has to be a review system for such review videos.

Domino's pizza and MC D's are overrated. There's nothing in it.
