Jennifer, what can i say but i am sitting here blubbering my eyes out ffs. And sorry the c2c has come to an end. Absolutely inspirational to a 56 year old codger that things a 17 mile hike isca good one 😂 how wrong am I. Waiting for your next challenge, whatever that might be. Ive told you before i have the Gritstone trail planned for May 21st and 22nd. Have a good afternoon. Gavin 👌
Aw that’s so sweet!! Thank you for following along on my journey, so happy you’ve enjoyed the videos. There’s so much more to come! 😄 and yes best of luck with TGT it’s a lovely hike, one I’ll be doing again for sure ☺️
This must be the best set of vid logs I have ever watched by far. Many many thanks for letting us come with ya on this epic adventure. Congratulations on finishing and will look forward to watching your past and future trails. This has made me plan my own adventure in your footsteps.
A few more hours to wait until you finally get to RHB, its been nice recapping my own trips across the country on the C2C, first the West to East Coasts then a reverse route East to West a few years after my Original HIke, both of them were interesting, but at least on the East to West crossing I knew what was coming. Tony in Essex.
Jennifer, thanks so much for this. I'll be hiking the C2C next July and your videos have been so helpful to me. I've really enjoyed your relaxed pace and commentary and that you take the time to show much of the landscape and name the landmarks and places that you are in. I've been following along on my FarOut app of the trail and seeing the actual towns and landscapes and elevations has been amazing. Many of the places that you stayed at were already on my itinerary so it was great to see them for real. Once again, thank you, cheers!
Oh wow, that’s so lovely for you to say! I’m so happy you appreciate the video & finding it helpful for your own hike, I’m sure you’ll have an amazing time on the C2C, best of luck!☺️✨
Jennifer. What a complete pleasure it was to follow you theses 14 days . Promise you’ll do this first thing each morning when you first see your reflection say, 1/ I love you because you are Courage’s.2/ you are beautiful inside and out,3/ you you are AMAZING.. 😇do promise, you are all of that and more ..😇👍🇺🇸
I stumbled across your channel and its C2C vlogs - and binge watched the entire hike. I'm pleased to finally see the last piece of the jigsaw, but also a little sad it's coming to it's end. Cheers. The camera work and narration has been excellent btw. 👍👍
Aw thank you! Glad you’ve enjoyed them, and yeah I know I’m a little sad it’s come to an end but I have loads more to come out, such as the Great Glen Way & loads others 😁
Just binge watched these. Really enjoyable series. Great that you are so open about the impact emotionally and mentally these solo journeys can have. Well done for finishing. A real inspiration.
Congratulations in making to the end 🙌 you had your downs but you definitely had more ups you should be proud of your self 😁 Ive loved the whole series 😍. You ended the video and series the best way possible you put so much effort in this and every video you make and it shows, I look forward to more of your content. 🙌
Hiya, Thank you for sharing this wonderful journey and your thoughts. I really enjoyed the whole content, and it's given me the impetus, and possibly stupid idea that I now wish to tackle 'your' route, after your guidance, I'm now starting to plan for an autumnal hike in 2025... I wish you all the best for your future endeavors, and look forward to more
I've loved watching all your videos as I prepare to walk it myself in two weeks time! You really scored with the weather! Thanks for sharing and well done!
Aw thank you, and good luck on your own CTC journey, it’s such an awesome experience! I think May is the perfect time to hike these trails; warm but not too hot (unless you get a heatwave like I did 😂)
@@Orenjen I completed my walk in 13 days and loved it! What a trail. Met some great people along the way. Memories to last a lifetime. Thanks for helping inspire me to walk it!
@@dawnthird2538 oh I’m so happy you did it that’s amazing, and that you met lovely people! That always makes such a difference I find, though I do enjoy the solitude, meeting wonderful people on the trail is special and it’s what you always remember. Well done on doing it in 13 days that’s awesome!♥️
Whoop!! Congratulations Jennifer, cinematography & editing doing justice to a wonderful trail, thank you 🙏 😮 I didn't know about forget-me-nots colours, that's a clever system Mentally I find that I break down when I'm relaxed, some time after stress or trauma - it's like there's an imperative to keep functioning at a basic level at the time, but after I've got through it, the healing starts and breaking down is a positive part of that. Perhaps that's how humans are programmed 🤔
So glad you liked it, thank you for the kind words 😄 and yeah it’s interesting how the brain can compartmentalise like that, and then when you’ve processed it, it all just comes out 😂
I've been watching this through the Winter of early 2024 and it has been a wonderfully uplifting series of videos during the dark nights. I am happy that you have posted the final part and it's great to know you made it to the end of the Coast to Coast. The titles and end sequence were quite wonderful but made me a bit sad that it was over. Many thanks for posting and good luck if you get out again this year.
I’m so, so glad that they helped you through this dreary winter, I honestly think going through & putting the footage together helped me too. Though at times it was painful to see beautiful blue skies & warm sun on days with bitterly cold wind & rain 😂 So happy you enjoyed my videos, and I’m sad it’s over too! But much more to come, like the Great Glen Way which will be put out as a series similar to this (though 5 days instead of 14)
Thank you for the advice, honestly I’ve always wondered which side is safer… many people have said walk in direction of the traffic (left) and others said they were taught on the D of E to walk against traffic (right) so I never knew which was correct 😂 (I never did the D of E unfortunately as I had tonsillitis when my year group did it 😭)
Omg such an amazing adventure I now want to build up my hiking miles to be able to do c2c myself well done proud of you for completing the adventure btw the music in the videos from start to finish made the videos so entertaining and chilled vibes cant wait to watch another series of yours I've Watched the c2c series in 2 days.

Hi Jennifer, lovely video as always, looking forward to binge watching this journey all over again and to seeing what your next adventure you share with us is. Stay safe, cheers Glyn.
Congratulations Jennifer! I've so enjoyed watching this hike, all the sights and sounds. I'm sad to see it come to an end, but really happy for you at the same time. Well done! I'm wondering if a Cape Wrath trek is in your future? That would be awesome.
Thank you so much! Happy you enjoyed the journey 😄 Cape Wrath is definitely on my list, but I want to get quite a few more under my belt before I do, so that may be a 2025/2026 one 😁
