I'd used this Neutogena's healthy skin perfector. It's not a foundation but a little similiar alike. It's more of a skin tinted cream with sunscreen. You saw it peeling that's because (perhaps) you're using a beauty blender sponge. I used in different way of applying it without any peels from the product. Squeeze an appropriate amount and dap on every part of face, then using fingers to blend the skin tinted cream into skin and pores, in a gentle 'pushing' motion and spread evently on entire face like a tinted 'second skin'. This way you won't have the product's peeling on your face.
@@user-yv1et4cz8v Thanks for sharing you find the finger technique works better! Do you think it’s because the product warms up as you apply🤔? Thanks so much for commenting and being part of the beyond50skin community 💜
Hi Mary, welcome. You arrived on one of my few makeup videos, lol. As you can see I’m a bit of a novice at YT makeup… this was totally an impulse video because the sun was so pretty & I was really hoping this would work out for “date night” 🙃😅 Have a wonderful day 💜
Hi Cindy! It's really cold here too...everyone thinks Greece is warm all the time but they forget the mountains and the winter! Interesting video...I use only BB or CC creams (with spf) and sometimes just concealer.X
Oh, I’d love to visit Greece it’s looks like such a beautiful country. It’s on our bucket lists. I bet it’s chilly in the mountains. I love your minimalist approach. Sometimes I just wear concealer too. One of my favorite cc creams is Erborian. Thank you for watching and have a wonderful day.💜
Good Morning, what a sweet comment. Thank you. I was enjoying it too until the pilling disaster! I may give it another go with a different skincare routine 🤞But my skincare was very basic and no silicones that I'm aware of so TBD.
So disappointing! I'm curious how it performs with a different sunscreen, like EVY or something that really dries down. I also have given up on foundation.
@@beyond50skin Yes! You are so much younger than I am and have cared for your skin so much better, and foundation still doesn't work for you. I feel better already. Seriously, if you like foundation, there might be one out there for you. I really like Mandy MUA reviews. She is young and stunning, but really knows makeup, uses it on all ages for events, so I trust her.
@@kmjdebay thanks for the recommendation. I will check out her channel 💜. The only foundation I’ve found that doesn’t look “off” is HINCE “second skin”, love it! But shade range in cringingly narrow :( as it’s a Kiera brand.
Thank you💕💜. Yes, I alternate Revta-Lash Advanced and prescription Bimatoprost 😄 I started using Latisse in 2015/16 and have never looked back. Not everyone gets the same results but I love mine. My lids have always been a bit red and irritated (allergies) so the very mild redness doesn’t bother me.
You always look fantastic, with make up or without. 🥰 Prior to your mentioning how the Neutrogena tint was pilling, I really didn’t see a difference. Thanks for your unbiased, informative, and fun content. ❤️ Have a blessed day!
Thank you for your lovely comment. It is a very sheer coverage & it was probably too sunny a location.. but omg the pilling. I couldn’t resist sitting in the sun ☀️ have a happy day 💜
So, I was trying to find a long term review of this product after I suspected having an adverse reaction to. After using this product for about a week, my face was hot and irritated. I read that it can take your skin a bit to adjust to retinol, so I continued to use it. I used this product for about 6 months, then noticed my hormones were WAY off. I was somewhat showing menopause like symptoms (despite seeing a doctor and not being anywhere close to actual menopause based on my lab values) I checked the ingredients on all the products I was using with the YUKA app and this has all sorts of endocrine disruptors in it. I quit using this product about 2 months ago, and finally, my hormones feel like they are starting to even out. Now it could be a coincidence, but I'm just not a fan of the ingredients in this product

Thank you for this! You always look so gorgeous and healthy and vibrant! Can't believe so much piling on this foundation. I'll give it a pass. These companies will say anything to get us buy it. For years, my favorite foundation has been the Bare Mineral complexion rescue applied lightly with my fingers. Have you ever tried it? I'm on the hunt for lighter formulas as well. I truly appreciate your natural yet gracefully enhanced aesthetic.
🤣😂🤣unfortunately it was a drugstore foundation fail! Pilled terribly. 🤪, but it had me hoping the clock 🕰️ would magically turn back to at least 45! 😂🤣😂
Such a shame it pilled up like that. You've such beautiful skin Cindy. I love the wet 'n' wild tinted hydrator. Doesn't feel like anything on the skin at all.
I decided to try it. At 55 ibwas having some trouble finding a foundation for menopausal combo skin. This foundation was faBulous for me.
Thanks for sharing your positive experience! 💜

Try applying it with your fingers. It’s much better! It does blur and it wears well. It is very sheer so you have to want that look.

Pilling? Wow! Thanks for the demo.
Such a disappointment. One of my subscribers suggested trying a different sunscreen (chemical only) under it. I used a hybrid. Thanks for watching 💜💜

Let me know how it works out. If your skincare has low silicones it may work!!💜
