Hi Amanda, New subscriber here! I watched your video & spent an afternoon following your exact tips. I didn’t contour my nose nor did I use concealer as I have a number of under eye smile lines. I don’t have all those products or makeup brushes you have apart from the Refy No 1 & 15. However I adapted this tutorial to the make up & the tools I do have. Normally when I apply my BB cream (instead of a heavier foundation) I use only my fingers to blend & tap it in. But I noticed by using your method I used alot less product & it really did create an airbrushed effect. I have rosacea which affects my cheeks & right down to my jawline when I have a flare up. So I prep my skin with Hyaluronic acid serum, an eye cream, a generous amount of moisturising cream & sometimes a face sunscreen. These products make my skin quite “wet” so I was concerned that your approach wouldn’t work as well for me. I was so thrilled that the end result was pretty much flawless my makeup sat beautifully on my skin. No cakeyness or piling. I was so surprised at just how little of each makeup product I ended up using to achieve this look! I just need to keep practicing what I’ve learnt so I get quicker at it & so it becomes more natural to do as when you are used to applying makeup in a certain way for so long it all feels a bit awkward at the beginning. Thanks so much. I felt a lot more confident in myself afterwards! Everyone tans & complains about having pale skin, but your skin in its natural state is just beautiful. It has an ethereal look & I love that you film with a plain background so you are not distracted & you take your time in explaining everything you do & make everything simplified. I’m afraid I haven’t gotten round to seeing all your videos so if you haven’t already I’d love to see how to do a smoke eye. Thanks again!

Wish I could send the first makeup hack to some girlies at work! 🫢🫣 I've been seeing these hacks in your prior videos and I have been incorporating them in my routine -- esp using the back of my hand to sheer/even-up my makeup. Omg I love these hacks. Thank you!! I’m 31 and I still struggle with makeup 🥺 thanks to you I got the courage to dabble with blush from now on. I love makeup but I’m terrible at being creative and applying it 🙈 I love natural looking looks and you showed me how to do this the hacks. I can’t thank you enough!
@@melissarampersad4393 thank you for your kind words! :) I’m so glad this was helpful for you.
Thank you Amanda

Hi Amanda, This is my first time watching your channel and I just love how you apply makeup! I am in my 50s and my eyes are small and I tend to always think I need a crease color, lid color and dark on the outer edges. I am very artistic and love color, how can I add this to my look without overdoing it? (I never wear blue) You are stunning and I will continue to watch and I am already checking out your other videos! Thanks💚
Welcome!! :) thank you so much for the kind words x
