I just bought a 15 ft adapter hose that screws straight into the grills existing regulator. I have 2 propane tanks so I just hook it up to the unused one. When not in use simply store it away. Whole process takes less time than screwing in 1 of them small green canisters. No alterations. My 15 ft adaptor hose was 25 bux on Amazon.
Thank you so much For this video. I was looking at this grill specifically to replace my current grill on my camper swing out arm. I was concerned about the fitment and you hit all the key items I need to feel comfortable doing this. I will be picking this up right away.
Hi there! I also have a 2200 Weber Grill that I planned to hook up to the existing lp quick connect on my RV. However, when I hook it up there comes not enough propane through the hose to be able to have a bbq. I was told that I have a low pressure lp quick connector on the RV and this grill needs high pressure LP. Do you have any thoughts on that? Did you have a same issue and has this been the reason why you replaced the regulator on the Weber Grill? Thanks!!
Great video. I just bought the same BBQ and my new trailer has an external propane connection that I am planning to use. I wander if there is a tee connection available so that I can connect not only the BBQ but also a propane stove at the same time .
@@DURTYMAXLML thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, the link you gave is not the same in a lot of ways. It might be custom made. It doesn't even have a tray. It uses some kind of arms to hold special grills like "Sidekick Grills or Bumper Grill Table or Stainless Steel RVAD 650 LP Gas Grill" . I don't see anyway that the link you gave would hold a Q2200. Thanks for trying.
@@DURTYMAXLML I looked real hard for a long time. If you find it you are amazing. My suggestion is to not waste your time. Please feel free to prove me wrong :-). Btw there is a site that is something like bob’s bumper mount Q. It is just real expensive.
Yeah I tried pretty hard too and could not find it. The closest thing that I found was the first link I sent you + adding The Griddle table. They're both made by the same manufacturer - (Fleming Sales). So they bolt right up to each other. Here's a link to the griddle table amzn.to/3BIUbP3. It looks like they have about 4 different brackets that mount onto the swing arm. Well let me know how everything works out Man! I'm about to throw some meat on the grill right now 🍻 cheers!

Thank you very much!
Wish you would have shown it operating. Watching it work would give the view confidence in the conversion.

Did you permanently mount that? How does it ride down the road?
Yep, smooth as butter! Thank you Jason!
Thanks for the video
Thank you Imizquierdom! 😎👍
Where did you get that swing out arm?
It came on the Rv when we purchased it although you can order one off Amazon. Here is a link to the same BBQ swing arm. Thank you 😎
