Just want to thank you for such a clear explanation of the textual apparatus. My eyes don't know what to look for previously. You have done a great service to the Greek Bible students.
interesting that you posted this four years ago, and I see within the past year you've gotten some comments! Last night, I though to myself, "I really need to dig deeper into Greek and to understand the textual apparatus." Here I am! I will probably watch the other videos as well, so thank you! I still need to figure out which manuscripts are the best.
This is great. I have a question though. You said "A is high, B is low" (confidence level) "so B is pretty confident". I imagine you did not mean to imply B is low confidence, but that A is "almost certain/highest confidence" whereas B is "reasonable/pretty confident" at a slightly less level of confidence, but not the lowest. Is that correct?
I listened again to make sure what I had said. "A is high, D is low, so B ..." If I had said B, then your interpretation would have been correct. Glad this helps. Blessings to you.
I can't even begin to explain how helpful this was to me! Thank you so much.
Thanks!

@@davidhutchison26 Ah, somehow I heard "B". My speakers may not have been that clear. Thanks for clearing that up.
