I can't help but wonder about the cards every time you put a waterblock on them and don't spread out the thermal paste. Have you ever taken of a block and discovered the thermal paste hadn't spread to every corner? I'd imagine that the gpu dies are pretty sensitive to not being covered/cooled since thermal transfer across the die probably isn't great. I remember Buildzoid talking about this, but then he does LN2 stuff so maybe it doesn't matter as much for watercooled cards?

It's very bad to show how to route tubing and all parts required and number of parts, e.g. fittings, plus not given in description, parts. e.g. Bottom radiator. So kind of like blabbing without actually saying anything or helping anyone. bravo 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
As a tip, you can use a Predator 240 in place of the PE 240. It's exactly the same radiator core, and will allow you to use a better CPU block such as the Heatkiller Pro IV while still having a DDC and dual 240 rads inside the case.

As someone, who also had a 2x240 radiator setup in this case, I can recommend setting up the bottom fans so that they push air through the radiator outside the case. I got better temps this way.
PSA: Corsair is recalling their SF line up because of a fault that happens in high humidity environment. My PSU personally got destroyed because of this and I had to RMA.
"According to the company, the issue is only present in PSUs manufactured within the last several months - from October of 2019 to March of 2020 - with lot codes 194448xx to 201148xx. PSUs manufactured before that window are unaffected, as are PSUs manufactured afterwards. The lot codes can be found on the PSU’s packaging, or if you’re like a certain editor-in-chief who has thrown out their box, it can be found on the PSU sticker itself." you could have used the quick disconnects to fill and bleed the loop, just disconnect one of them and put a reservoir in the loop there, you can later remove it and close everything up.
What an epic M1 build and video! There are so many good ideas and they are executed so well that the first part will be watched over and over again, maybe even in slow motion, for years.
A state of art, my thermals are fine on my ncase m1 but this video makes me want to do this haha. Ncase M1 is truly a case that continues to stand the test of time and get better with updates from creators that listen to their customers.
Hey Ali, an update on my clone of this build. I made one small change and added a 9" whip of clear tube from the fill port of the Barrow CPU to act as a reservoir originally. The short version is that those quick release fittings are a drip risk. One pair had a VERY tiny leak. It is enough of a leak that over a couple weeks I could see the coolant in that extra whip drain down to almost empty. That's probably 40-50mL. The first time I thought it might just be voids in the radiators clearing out. After all there was no puddle anywhere. This weekend I took it apart and found that the leak was so slow that it evaporated leaving residue where it fell. Which was right next to the 3090FE water block port. Thank goodness. I pulled out the QR fittings and just replaced with flexible tube. All solid now and no leaks. And I took the opportunity to add an inline temp sensor fitting. Also, I discovered that the Corsair Commander Pro fits behind the front fascia shield of the nCase M1 very nicely. So even though my Mobo choice didn't have a temp sensor input, I now have added that ability.
I replicated your complete custom loop ncase build paired with the Iceman (pump/res combo) solution running with a pump from EK. Changed most of the hardware (for example new Ryzen 5950x (Alphcool Block) and EVGA RTX3080 (EK GPU Block)). It is my first full custom Loop and it is awesome, your videos helped a lot to get this up an running! My Build looks sick and technically it is unbelievable good! Keep up your great work!

This looks absolutely great! I'm planning on adding a second radiator to my NCase M1 custom loop, and I was thinking about trying Alphacool's DC-LT 3600 pump in the Solo LT block to see if the increased flow rate would be enough to add another component to the loop without issue. I've had to replace that pump already once and from my investigation the 2600 and 3600 appear to be the same dimensions. So far I have the DC-LT 2600 pump moving water through the Alphacool ST30 v.2, the Solo LT, a Nexxos 1080 block, and the FrozenQ NCase M1 reservoir at 2800RPM. I figured because the XPSC TX240 is a thin and low fin density radiator, the DC-LT 3600 may be able to handle it.
Sir this is by far one of the best PC build videos I have seen in my life. I've been running a dual 240mm NCase loop for around a year now, and I've a few things to add. -Filling/draining: An extra set of QDC fittings make filling and draining the system a lot easier. When you disconnect the side radiator (which is easiest to fill/drain when detached as stated in the video), you can use the spare QDC on the main loop connected to a length of tubing or a mini reservoir to drain and fill with relative ease. It's a lot less time consuming this way too, as I found out earlier this year when I redid my loop with ZMT tubing. -Clearance under the GPU: Be weary of the stop fittings on the GPU terminal that face the bottom radiator/fans. I have a Phanteks block, and when I tried to fit the TX240 radiator with 25mm thick fans, the stop fittings caused a collision. It likely varies from one GPU block to the next and far the stop fittings protrude. -That's all I've got. This is by far one of the cleanest dual 240mm loops I've seen in the NCase, and I've seen a pretty much everyone of them to grace the internet at this point. Fantastic job on this one, Ali.

would you mind telling the exact amount of which fittings you did use? For example a list like this: straight 12 compression, 4x 90 degree, 2x EK cube adapters, 2 pairs of quick disconnects.. etc. Thanks Ali
You could also use a 20cm clear tube connected to your 3-way fitting as a temporary mini-reservoir to fill and bleed the loot. This also may be useful for people deciding to build it without quick disconnects. Tube will be useful to have a better control over pouring fluid into the loop and you can easily see the level of fluid during bleeding, making it easy to add a few millilitres when needed.

In the future, you could use the 'Iceman DDC Pump Resivoirs' which is a small reservoir that mounts to the back of the Ncase and has a DDC mount built into it. It's designed specifically for the Ncase.
I had an almost exact same build with 9900KS. I had so much trouble finding the slim radiator on the bottom. So in the end I used a 30 mm 240 radiator without fans and created a negative pressure setup. Certainly not as neat as this, but does the job.
I just placed an order Friday for one of the IceMan NcaseM1 pump reservoir combos. Think the famous FrozenQ reservoir, only with an integrated DDC pump. I'm using that to solve the motherboard clearance issue I have with the Eisbaer LT (and what you found with the Apogee). I should probably consider quick disconnects like you have for the side radiator though. In an AIO configuration, it's easy enough to pull the radiator out and set aside when working in the case, but on a custom loop with hoses cut to length, that'll be a much taller order.
The 2 grommets at the back above the GPU you could add and external radiator and another pump so you can have better performance at home and then use quick disconnects to de connect it and complete the loop so it's still extremely portable.
Actually got a like on Twitter from Mr. Sayed for doing something similar a few weeks ago. Mine was slightly different in that I ran an external pump/res from Iceman Cooling.
This is unbelievably SICK! I'm hoping to do something like this once 30-series (or whatever they'll be called) NVidia GPUs come out and whenever NCase M1 is available for Australians again; they still can't be sent to many parts of the world (as of early June 2020). A huge (but understandable) shame because there's nothing quite like this case!
This has been my new dream setup for a while now, currently rocking the Dan A4, though because of the lack of water cooling compatibility I am sure to choose the M1 next time.
same 2x240mm build with the same case Ncase M1, but I use an intel 7980XE and Radeon VII for my main Hackintosh machine and Linux only. NCase M1 absolutely great mini case
I will suggest you use blackice 240gts as the side rad. It's 30mm thick and the performance is even slightly better than the ek pe240. So you can have more space to deal with ram. Extended 90 degree quick fitting is a good choice, so you can put the water hose above the ram thus no pushing issue at all.

I had the Apogee Drive II and found a Bitspower DDC pump housing added slightly better passive cooling. It also makes it look way nicer!

same 2x240mm build with the same case Ncase M1, but I use an intel 7980XE and Radeon VII for my main Hackintosh machine and Linux only. NCase M1 absolutely great mini case

I will suggest you use blackice 240gts as the side rad. It's 30mm thick and the performance is even slightly better than the ek pe240. So you can have more space to deal with ram. Extended 90 degree quick fitting is a good choice, so you can put the water hose above the ram thus no pushing issue at all.
